Greg spent a lot of time test driving different cars with me, showing me all the ins and outs of the cars, and patiently answered ALL of my very many questions throughout the entire car buying experience. He was always a pleasure to work with and never pressured me into making any decisions. I could not have asked for a better experience! I bought a CX-5 grand touring and the car is a dream come true! Heritage Mazda and Greg exceeded my expectations with their superior customer and sales services! I would highly recommend!

Further, any issues that cropped such as financing, Bo was able to mitigate those issues as well. I have purchased many vehicles from various dealerships; however, I have to say that this is the most positive experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Prior to coming to this dealership, we had the misfortune of spending 3 hours at DriveTime, just waiting to speak to someone in regards to purchasing a vehicle. I shopped around for a new car for quite awhile as I prepared to turn in a leased Toyota, and the people at Heritage Towson were the most helpful and responsive. Sang was great to work with, we went to test drive the CX-5 Sport and he was really helpful showing me the ins and outs of the car. Sang and Jason, one of the managers, were responsive and kept in touch with me as I shopped around,. I got a great deal in the end with some goodies thrown in, so I'm really happy with the car. I do not like shopping for cars, but they made it much less difficult. Rachel was also awesome while discussing financing. Overall, a well-run and very friendly dealership, I would highly recommend!
