Scherer Mazda has great customer service before, during

Scherer Mazda has great customer service before, during and after the sale. This is the second CX-9 we have purchased from Scherer and have never been disappointed with the way we were treated. The service department has been wonderful as well. They make sure that we are taken care of. Every process has been hassle free.

I purchased a used car and a “detail” was part of the

I purchased a used car and a “detail” was part of the negotiation. It was filthy when I purchased it, so Anthony made another appointment for a “detail”. I had to return it to the dealership. They had my car for 6 hours. When I picked it up, still wasn’t detailed. They claimed they were pretty busy. Not sure why they had me come back so soon if that were the case. Not happy with the detail job. Other than that, it was ok.

From start to finish, this dealership was top notch.

From start to finish, this dealership was top notch. I never felt pressured to buy. When I decided to buy I did t have to wait around forever. I was able to text and email what they needed and then just come in and drive away with my car.
