He gave me with a loan car for my travel. As I have pre scheduled conference to be attended in Chicago, he understood my problem and helped me a lot. I really appreciate the effort from sales team.

We love the car but the communication was not very good. We asked the salesman about mats and were told they needed to be there as we purchased a certified car! Any concerns were not needed buying certified. It arrived with no cargo and front mats in rough shape. We used delivery and signed lots of paperwork and received zero copies? We needed to call to request paperwork to get our license and pay our taxes. It took several trips to DMV as We were not told of additional inspections that were needed in Mo. after purchasing in Illinois. It was our first time buying long distance and using delivery. Definitely would have made a big difference and put us at ease with more explanation , communication , the updated car history and sales paperwork . Locally we were used to a salesman working for getting our vehicle right , earning repeat business. We paid the asking price and asked about one thing , mats! Again, we got the vehicle with the options we wanted. It was just not the easiest transaction !

Jason H. The salesman I had was absolutely outstanding! I’m used to pushy salespeople who call to hound you about a vehicle you test drove. That was not the case with Jason. I never felt pushed or rushed. He wanted to make sure I chose the vehicle I wanted and that it had the options I wanted. Furthermore, after the financing was finished Jason stayed to go over all the features and settings to make sure I knew how everything worked. That is dedication and every salesman should be like that! He also knew everything about the vehicle I bought. I would definitely recommend Scherer and Jason to everyone and I would buy from them again without a second thought!
