Quick and friendly service with a very familiar staff who respectfully and politely ask and give help when needed. Richard made the process easy and comfortable to be at my appointment with a smile and confidence that what I was told would take place as soon as possible.

The dealership treats you like family. I asked for a service that they called to say I did not need. They could have performed the service and charge me but they did not.

Gerald Kia service department

Everyone in the service department was very friendly and honest. They did NOT try to sell me any service I did not need. Was pleasantly surprised that all I needed was an oil change. I will definitely be coming back for my service needs, and probably buying another Kia.

Good Work

Rich (hope I got his name right), was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He took the initiative in mentioning to me a recall that I was completely unaware of. For that I'm grateful. OH ... and make sure there's Hot Chocolate available for the Customers! LOL
