Thrilled with our new Stinger
The folks at Gerald Kia in North Aurora did a fantastic job helping us with our 2018 Stinger GT2 purchase. Their no pressure approach and customer focused support speaks volumes. Our sales person, Adil, also did a great job with quick responses to our questions, setup multiple test drives and found the exact car we were in love with. I believe that buying a car should be both exciting and fun, and the Gerald Kia team did just that.

I just bought a used Kia Optima and I brought it in to make sure the car was in good shape. They were able to give me a free 5 point inspection and some. I liked how they willingly handled the open recalls on my vehicle that I had no knowledge of

Kia Sedona Purchase
My wife and I set up an appointment with Dennis to come by the dealership at 7:30pm to do a test drive of a 2018 Sorento. After going through the features and doing the test drive, we decided to go another direction because of space and checked out the 2018 Sedona. Dennis was able to answer all of our questions and showed us the features of the car. After working with Dennis and Matt, we got fair price for the car as well as my trade in. We didn't have to go back and forth and play any of the games that I had to deal with in the past with other dealerships. Next, we went to Dan Rudnicki to iron out the details and sign the contract. Dan was great as well. He explained the benefits of the additional items we were interested in. Now here is where the dealership and the folks we worked with shined: 1. The deal was finalized at around midnight. Not once did we feel rushed or hurried through the process so that folks go home. 2. Everyone took their time explaining the details to us and always asked if we had any questions. 3. I noticed a few scratches on the vehicle when taking delivery (black car so not unexpected) and was told to speak with Fabian the next day. 4. When I came in to see Fabian, everything was seamless - he know why I was there, what I needed from him, and what he needed from me. I didn't have to explain anything. I was in and out very quickly. I will definitely look forward to working with this team on my next vehicle purchase.
