The worst service department I've seen, after nearly a decade in this industry. Took my mom's Sorento in for a terrible engine knock. A few days later the service advisor let me know it was something with the engine and was covered under recall. (Mom is a nurse in Florida and isnt readily available to take calls ) Fast forward over a month, i physically go in to the shop because no one will return a phone call. Come to find out, the original service advisor isn't there anymore and the new service advisor says my cars done. My mom had authorized new hoses, because it was a full engine replacement and it makes sense, but how TF are you going to charge her over an hour in labor on something you had to do already? That's called overlap... you don't charge for that. Not even grimy independent shops charge for overlap. Then you charge her a diag fee for a recall. In what world is that ok? In what world is that not a predatory business practice? The icing on the cake was when the GM, John Davis, told be that is "just how it's done" at both kia of cleveland and Chattanooga. How on God's green earth do your GM's not know this is illegal? Ya know, the guys in charge of every aspect of the dealerships??

Poor service, My daughter came in to KIA of Cleveland to
Poor service, My daughter came in to KIA of Cleveland to have her oil level checked. $179 later the oil was over filled by a quart of oil. Oil was not changed and the filter was the original. So I called and sent them pictures of the unsatisfactory service. And they have done nothing to resolve the situation. Mean while I had to change the oil myself to get the car back on the road. If you like your car “service somewhere other than this place. “

Great Experience
Briar...in sales, Matt...in finance, and John... the General Manager all were friendly and were very eager to make me comfortable, patiently answer all the questions that I had, and got me exactly all the features and even color that I wanted in my new 2022 Soul. I brought in my 2012 Kia Soul that I had bought new. Got great trade in value for it. Anyone who lives in southeast TN and is shopping for a Kia, Briar will not disappoint!!!

Deceptive Service Rep...
I bought my car new in 2018 that process was great. The problem has been the service dept. My latest encounter being the worst. My seat was ripping at seam I pointed in out in Jan 2022. Sales Rep Jeff took pictures & said it would be 2 weeks or less to order part. I had to call twice over 2 months to find out status of part. And then was asked to take pictures of seat myself & send to Jeff. Jeff then informed me they were having trouble finding seat cover to replace with. Mid March I finally have an appointment & wait for over 2 hours to be told they ordered wrong part & I could come back in 3days & they would have the correct seat cover. I believe I was lied to that they never ordered seat cover in Jan. and tried to cover that up by stating it was hard to find. Because it's hard to believe it took 2months for the wrong part to come in but only 3days for the correct one. As a courtesy I was promised a complimentary car wash upon my return which never happened. I have always taken my car to Kia for any work, but after this experience I won't be back! My time is valuable and I don't appreciate dishonesty!

Great service
Definitely would recommend this dealership! Everyone is so nice and helpful! I really loved the energy and atmosphere there. A special shout-out to Tyler for selling me a 2022 Kia Forte! He was so patient and thoughtful about the cars to choose from. I couldn’t be anymore thankful for you guys service !

Excellent dealership!
I am very happy and pleased with my experience here at Kia of Cleveland! I LOVE my new Kia Soul ! This is the second car that I have bought from here! My sales rep made it very easy and fun. I would highly recommend this nice young man Chandler Nichols to any one . He is AWESOME!! I wish there were more people out there like him. Everyone here is GREAT!!
