The guys at Kia of Cleveland were so friendly and helpful, but never made us feel pressured about anything. Keith and Jeff were fantastic, patient, answered all our questions, made sure we got a car that fit our needs and wants and budget. They really do treat you like family. I do not have a single regret.

1st Time Kia Buyer
1st time Kia buyer. Was pleasantly surprised to find a vehicle with all the features I wanted. I purchased the Optima EX. Sales associate did a wonderful job helping me find the right vehicle at the right price. Finance department worked hard to get the best deal for me. Overall, Kia of Cleveland is a 5 star dealership!!

Great experience and friendly staff
Such a great experience! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't have the color of the car I wanted so they went and picked on up from another Kia dealership. And they worked all their magic to make sure I didn't go over my payment goal.

Great All Around!
My husband and I are expecting our first baby in the spring and I begrudgingly agreed it was time for me to part with my beloved first car for something a little bigger. Not only did I not want to part with my VW, but I was feeling pretty. Ruined after having a terrible experience when we bought my husband's car last year at another local dealer. After hearing an ad on the radio about the deals Kia was having for the holiday, I gave Kia of Cleveland a call where I was immediately called back by Patrick, who was incredibly nice and helped me set up my appointment to get my car appraised. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership Patrick met us and was extremely genuine and helpful from the start. We told him we were interested in the Kia Soul, and he did not pressure us to look at anything else, or anything out of our budget. We test drive three Souls with him that day and as we (slowly) narrowed it down to the one we were most interested in, he was incredibly patient and kind to us. He was also EXTREMELY helpful in explaining exactly what we could expect from the sale and what was going on behind the scenes was they appraised my car and worked on a finance deal for us. When we made our decision we met with Andy in finance who was equally patient with us (bless his heart) as I waffled and agonized over whether to pull the trigger. In the end I got a wonderful and generous price for my car as well as some great freebies for my brand new Kia Soul thanks to Jamie. I would absolutely recommend Kia of Cleveland to anyone who is looking to buy a new car. You're not just another sale or a number, you are truly a valued customer there. I am so appreciative of them and look forward to a long relationship with the sales and service department!

I just recently purchased a Kia Rio from there. My sales persons name was Jeff. He did a really great job. Not only was he able to help me with all my questions but he was also very respectful and easy to talk to. I can honestly say that I honestly enjoyed muy time spent with him, and we all know that usually is not true.

Loving KIA of Cleveland
I have purchased several vehicles in my life from dealers and by far KIA of Cleveland is the best! I am a single female and have had awful experiences with other local dealers treating me as though I am unintelligent or unworthy of their time. Not the case at KIA of Cleveland, I had spoken to Brad earlier in the week and had looked at a few models, he told me about the warranties and said if I couldn't find what I wanted on the lot they could find it at another dealership and bring it in. Two days later I was in for a test drive and Brad was busy with another customer. Instead of making me wait the sales manager Jamie offered to have another sales rep assist me, assuring me that Brad would get credit for the sale. That's when Shelia took me for my test drive. The 2017 Sportage was the one for me. Shelia helped me find the model I wanted with the options I desired. Shelia is very knowledgeable and treated as though she'd know me for years. It took some time to see Brandon in finance but that was understandable it was the end of the month and they were making (to quote Ashley) "crazy deals". They were apologetic for my wait and offer beverages but this wasn't my first car purchase and I had planned on being there a while. Brandon in finance was knowledgeable and speedy. He has it together. He offer me gap insurance, a maintenance plan, extended warranty etc. but he did not pressure me and answered all my questions. Once the paperwork was done Shelia took me out to my new car and showed me how things work by now this was after closing but she didn't rush me out the door. The next day I took my title in for my trade in, Shelia and Jamie met me at the door. I priced a few extras for my Sportage and met the service manager Jake. I was so happy to see Jake I have know him for years and know that he is trustworthy and honest. I will have no problems having my car serviced at KIA of Cleveland because Jake will make sure I only get what I need and not what isn't necessary. Everyone at KIA of Cleveland was exceptional and made this car buying experience the best ever! No more going to Knoxville for me. I'll stay with KIA of Cleveland.

I purchased a 2016 Kia Soul at Cleveland Kia,Patrick Jones was my salesman he was so nice and very helpful threw the whole process. took his time showing me cars ,test drives and made the paperwork seem a breeze.Then I met Brandon for the financial end.
