Jonathon Cotton was our sales person and he was great! He did everything he could to take care of us and get us in our new Kia Soul which we love!

I was a 1st time buyer. Kia of Cleveland worked hard & got me in a new 2018 Forte. Bryan was my dealer, very nice, explained every, & even gave advice. Kia of Cleveland #1 in my book! No hassle. Thank you all for making my first experience the best & so easy! I will not shop anywhere else!

Drove 2 hours to look at a jeep. Listed at 22890. They were not willing to negotiate the price which was fine so I told them I wanted to think about it. Afterwards the sales manager proceeded to come outside ask a few questions then after tore the quote paper in front of us and said "I'd hate to know I drove 2 hours to not buy a car". Absolutely rude and uncalled for. We will never recommend this so called "dealership" to anyone.

My salesman, Jeff Adams, was very professional and helpful. He fought to get me an excellent deal on a new Kia Niro (which is an awesome car!) And, Patrick Jones, who sold us our Sorrento (a year-and-a-half earlier) was just as awesome. These guys gave my wife and I a great car buying experience.

The service was performed in a very timely manor, less than an hour. The employees were friendly and the facility very clean and neat. Employee checked on the waiting room several times while I was there, to make sure the snack sections were filled. The services that were done were explained and I was told of the results. Would recommend strongly. This is my second KIA and we have always been treated well at KIA of Cleveland!
