Leasing a Kia Niro

We just leased wife's new Kia Niro. Mr. Miguel Hurtado helped us through out the process that meet or exceed our expectations. Wife get the car she wanted within her budget. Great experience and staff

Andrew and then George were extremely thorough and helpful in my car search. They were proactive and answered all my questions and never made me feel uncomfortable. I’m extremely happy with my new ride and look forward to working with them in the future.

New Subaru Forester Limited purchase

Robert P (the Italian guy) was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We were given the price quote within 15 minutes . All phone calls were returned quickly and answers given. Actual sale was quick and thorough.

Great experiance

My wife and l had been shopping for a dealer 2020 Kia Sportage SX Turbo from Novato to Bakersfield, Clovis and Paso Robles and beyond before deciding to go with Kirby, a decision that turned out to be the best. Samantha Garcia was our contact person and left a good impression on us from the jump. This is the first new car we have ever purchased and l had questions stacked for her, especially after reviewing the car for weeks before choosing it. We both agreed that she was extremely professional and the tops at what she does. Could not recommend any other more highly (that assessment comes after having dealt with 1/2 dozen or more salespersons across close to a dozen different car dealers of all makes). Steve in finance also proved to be very competent (and gregarious). There was need for communication between he, Samantha and Raul and we were pleased at how seamlessly they communicated and made adjustments. If there had not been good professional relationships it was easy to see how the buying process could have even more arduous. The big red bow on the new car made for great photos to share. I do not often do reviews but conclude this by saying they helped close the loop on a long search for a new car and made it a pleasure. Rick and Penny Nipomo

Great Experience!

George Estrada was the first person to greet us as we drove into the Ventura lot. He was very kind and patient. I purchased a '19 Kia Niro and he knew all the features inside and out. I knew exactly what I wanted and this car exceeded my expectations. I went back three times due to my own hesitation and trying to find better deals, but George provided the best deal in the area. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you, George!

Good ole bait and switch

Okay so the purchase of my new Kia soul seemed to be going well the price seems reasonable and got the features I wanted. The paperwork process seemed about average compared to my past purchases of cars. But then the shocker. Everything I was supposed to be saving by getting near invoice price was deleted by the fact that they put on "dealer options", which get this, amounts to a spare tire?!!, cheesy plastic protection around the doors, and nitrogen in the tires. They said that was 1400 some dollars. Are you freaking kidding me! I wish I would have walked and I recommend that you don't bother. Just know that the price they quote you doesn't include their "dealer options" which are the rip off. I would like to know if it's a real thing that the manufacturer doesn't ship with a spare tire!!! that just seems ridiculously made up. Go find a deal somewhere else rather than be taken to the cleaners at this place. Adding insult to injury, when I got home there was a small dent in the hood where some ham-handed technician probably dropped a tool on the hood. Also interesting that they rolled part of these unitemized "dealer options" into the final sales price, thereby inflating that number, probably to increase commission. That seems shady to me, but may be common practice in this industry? And finally. A sales commission is exactly like a tip, after all, it's coming out of my purchase. So the salesperson should take care of you. My advice, find a salesperson at another dealer that will have your back. Please if just one person heeds my warning and goes somewhere else it will help me heal my soul.

Amazing Buying Experience

I came to Kirby after a bad experience at another Kia dealership. The entire place was filled with helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable people. My salesperson was Miguel Hurtado who spent 2 days with me until I had just the right car. He was assisted by Raul Lopez who was creative in putting the deal into place. Add to all this the Finance Manager Steve Giangrande who kept the whole signing process from being bland by having a great sense of humor and expertise in his field. Great team, great experience . Go to Kirby for your next car.
