I actually had fun. John and George both worked with me and it was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Also, I was blown away by the quality of the Kia product I had purchased. I didn’t think I was going to like it and was in the process of ordering another car from another dealership where I bought my last car. Out of courtesy and to be positively sure I gave it go. So glad I did. I purchased the premium Niro ev and felt like I was driving a luxury car. The lane assist and the smart cruise control worked better than I could have imagined. My salesman John I think was enlightened too as how well it performed when I tested it with my hands off the wheel. I don’t recommend that but, I was just curious to how well it would work. I have never been given such a thorough in-depth overview of the car’s functions as I received from George.

Everybody we met at this dealership was friendly, knowledgeable, and (believe it or not) honest. Heather was our salesperson and was great from the beginning. She's helpful patient, and super easy to work with. The finance guy, David, was as genuine and honest as you can get. After all, he's was Ventura County sheriff deputy for 10 years. If I need another car and can find what I want at this dealership, I will definitely do business with them again.

We went to KIrby Kia of Ventura needing two cars - one for my wife and another for our daughter to use to get to college. Deanna was the Internet Sales manager and she did a great job guiding us through the process. I had previously purchased a car from this dealership, so I have had a lot of experience dealing with their service department which is top notch. I can't recommend this dealership enough. Every single employee has gone out of their way to make me feel almost like family.

They are very responsive to emails. Good customer service, nice facility, and they try their best to help you. I was shopping around and this dealership standout in their service. Not the type of dealership that’s very aggressive in trying to get a sale. They like to help.

I sent an email to Kirby of Ventura because I saw an ad on Autotrader.com and saw that the price they had for a new 2020 was the same price of cars I had been looking at used. I didn't even think about a new car until I saw the ad, I was going to buy a used one for almost the same price. The experience I had with Kirby Kia of Ventura was amazing. I didn't even have to go to the dealership, they sent everything via text messaging, then after reviewing the car and what it had I called them to confirm that I wanted it and they sent a driver with my car and the paperwork the next day! Now how is that for service, even the driver Rudy was as nice as can be. Great experience, Great people.
