I can’t rave enough about Safford of Winchester

I can’t rave enough about Safford of Winchester. Shane and Zach did everything they could to help me find and finance my new to me 2016 Ford Focus. It was my first car buying experience so I was nervous and they did everything they could to make the process go smoothly. I’m very impressed with this dealership and a very happy customer. :) 1000% recommend

Scammed again and no calls from dealership.

Worst nightmare from this dealership. We had to replace the tires within a few hours of purchase they were so worn, car in shop 20 days. Dealership cpuld not title the van in 45 days or issue temp plates. Finally able to return the van we thought we done but we received the title, plates and registration from DMV. We do not have the van, do not know where it is and have not been reimbursed for the tires. Someone is driving the van using our name somewhere and the Dealership will not return our calls. Forged documents in January, car returned last November. Do not give them your business. Very upset.

Best are at Safford

I have recently purchased my 4th vehicle from Safford in Winchester. And I haven't been disappointed on any purchases. My recent purchase was done with the help of Peppie and he did a wonderful job in every way. Both personally and professionally. Rebecca in finance is awesome as well she went above and beyond to get me the best deal. Thank you all for everything.

Great Experience at Safford of Winchester

I had been “on the fence” in my decision to purchase a new vehicle. After meeting with Mike Hachez (Safford of Winchester) and test driving a similar vehicle (to what I had interest) I ordered a new vehicle to my specifications. The estimated delivery was approximately 3-4 months due to the current supply and demand. During this entire process, Mike kept me informed to the status, providing weekly updates. This included, acceptance to build the vehicle, initiation of the build, completion of the build and the delivery information, along with the estimated delivery date. The customer service and support did not stop there. Safford and Team was able to expedite the estimated delivery time by 2 weeks. Upon delivery, Zack Bombard completed all financial and transfer documents flawlessly, where I was on my way with my new Jeep. I can’t say enough about the sales process and support from the entire Safford Team. Over the years, I have purchased many vehicles, and I have to say, this was one of (if not the best) experiences I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Safford of Winchester.

Best place for your next vehicle.

The staff there is very nice, sales people are great from the floor to the lady with the diamond protection plan were so good. Great place, great service, good prices. This will make my 3rd vehicle from Safford of Winchester and would highly recommend to everyone.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware. On March 9, I bought a new 2022 Grand Cherokee L from this dealership and, overall, had a good buying experience. However, prior to purchasing the vehicle, in my research, a quick google on the vehicle revealed that there was a stop sale order sent to dealers and I was aware that there was potentially an issue with this model vehicle failing to communicate with the key fobs. I asked the salesman about this and was reassured that it would not be an issue, so I bought the vehicle. Two weeks later, the very problem I inquired about actually occurred, stranding me in a parking lot and forcing me to have the vehicle towed to a dealership for repair. This dealership sold me a defective vehicle they had failed to fix after telling me that I would not have the issue. This was, at best, a mistake, but I would consider it negligent or fraudulent misrepresentation. On Friday, March 25, the dealer offered to take the car back if I would return it to them over the weekend; however, I live out of town over an hour away and would have had to drive it back and then wait several days to get my money- another inconvenience after being sold a vehicle that the dealer knew- or, at least, should have known- to be defective and failed to repair before selling. I have spoken with both a sales manager and a general manager who only apologized for the inconvenience but otherwise were dismissive with regard to the gravity of the problem. I had another dealership perform the recall repair and even they stated that I should never had been sold the vehicle without the issue being fixed.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, and understand the gravity of the situation. It was an honest mistake to deliver the vehicle with an open recall. Upon notification of the issue, we acted immediately by contacting their local dealership and coordinated the approximate one hour key fob module replacement and program. Unfortunately, that dealership did not have the recall part in stock, so the salesperson personally made the hour and fifteen-minute trip to deliver the part. The vehicle was repaired and returned to the customer within 24 hours. We did everything within reason to rectify the situation.
