Awesome dealership

Worst service ever !!
7 hours for an oil change, rotate and balance, and an inspection which they failed me over ball joint when I just replaced them. Horrible.

A pleasant surprise
Wasn't sure if we'd fine what we wanted but left with a new Durango just like we were looking for. Salesman was great without any pressure. The rest of the staff was genuinely as pleasant as could be. When I'm ready for another purchase, I am definitely checking out Safford first

Purchased a Ram 1500 Night Edition
We purchased a new 2020 Ram 1500 Night Edition. We found the exact truck, color and features, we wanted on the internet. While the final cost was more than advertised on the internet, our salesman Jerry helped us negotiate an acceptable out-the-door price. After going to other dealers based on false internet prices, we found Jerry to be professional, straightforward, and helpful. I’d recommend Jerry to friends and family.
