ALL IN “ON IT” AUTO GROUP BEWARE

August 12th, 2021 Purchased what appeared to be a beautiful 2009 Ford F-250, got bamboozled into paying a $1000 for a security system, that we did not even receive a remote for, in fact the truck come with one basic key, without any electronics and no key fob either. Was lead to believe that the vehicle had impeccable service records etc. Drove home, on the way noticed a great deal of black smoke coming from the tail pipe. The next day made 2 trips to the dump, check engine light came on and my brother looked over the truck and told me that the motor oil was filthy, and the truck which is a diesel had something called “blow back”. Having put all of my savings down on the truck and knowing I purchased “As Is” I had to wait two weeks before I could have it taken to a shop and diagnosed. Diagnostics came back and it was said to have a misfire in the 6 & 8 cylinder. Was told I needed to replace two of the injectors and they quoted me $1600.00 I paid half of the $1600 for shop to start to fix the truck, but then shop contacted me and said they did not want to get involved because the problem was far more serious than anticipated. It then occurred to me that there is no possible way that this truck passed a Smog Test with check engine light on. I had truck towed to local smog shop and it FAILED MISERABLY! In addition the technician at the smog shop told me about two of his friends purchasing cars from the same place and that both of them had bad outcomes almost immediately after purchasing, same as I. Upon failing smog I contacted the dealer and notified them asked if they were willing to make it right, Albert said he’d talk to his boss and get back to me, after of course being primarily concerned with “Why I took for a smog test?” When he called back he had the nerve to accuse us of tampering with the emissions and causing it to fail the smog. I then told him that if that’s the position they wanna take on the matter I would be seeing them in court. After that I tried to reach out to every entity I could think of seeking help on the matter, as well as consulted an attorney to pursue a law suit against them. I was making payments on a truck the repair shop said, not to risk driving, and was forced to rent a uhaul in order to pick up my horse food and flooring. By the grace of God I accidentally got into touch with a representative of the BAR, whom went above and beyond his actual “job duties” he came out inspected the vehicle and told me I would most likely have to Sue the Dealership civilly in order to get justice, which I of course already had in the works. I then received a call unexpectedly from the gentleman from the BAR and he gave me the best news I could ever hope for, that being I could return the vehicle and the loan would be paid off by the dealer. Crossing my fingers all goes well as it has not taken place just yet, but I’m working on making arrangements to make the return. I would not advise anyone to do business with this place, as they are RUTHLESS ,GREEDY, AND DISHONEST IN THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. I hope that their lenders recognize sooner than later, because they are putting everyone at risk of losing except for themselves of course. I honestly hope that they lose their licenses and are prohibited from dealing Automobiles in California. It would serve them right if so. I find it odd that I have yet to come across one positive review of this place!! People beware, unless money is not an object to you, do not do business with this place. Thank you for reading. God Bless

Liars - THIEVES and Crooks!

FRAUD - THEFT! Overcharged me $1,000 for a "theft deterrent" system that I told them I didn't want - and they claimed was "already installed & therefore could not be removed" on a cash deal for a Dodge truck I bought. THERE WAS NO SUCH SYSTEM on my truck. Had a mechanic verify it. Went back in. Talked to "Albert" in finance who SWORE that it was installed and "just needed to be activated by a technician" that he would schedule & send to my home 2.5 hours away. I don't know of any system that needs activation in person and guess what? I WAS RIGHT! Technician called to reschedule my appointment and I asked him about it. He said he was coming to INSTALL A SYSTEM, NOT ACTIVATE ONE! Albert is a liar & a crook - trying to rip me off just because I'm a girl. Filed today against you in court. SEE YOU SOON!

FRAUDULENT DEALER - STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

Bought a $30,000 Mercedes AMG 8/21/2021 @5pm put 105 miles on the car same day as purchased and by 11 pm I was towing this vehicle to Mercedes Temecula after their diagnostics report and a $1,000 bill to inspect car they indicated in the report, metal shavings in oil so bad the engine had no compression in 2 cylinders and can’t be rebuilt, the owner of this dealership will not cooperate and told me to get an attorney after hanging up on me several times and accusing me of driving the vehicle too hard. Basically accused me of abusing car? I literally sat in 2 hours of traffic after buying my car headed to Temecula. Stay away from these crooks that sell vehicles with issues and will not even try to help with resolution! They knew that car had mechanical issues! STAY AWAY GO BUY FROM ANOTHER DEALER

WORST DEALERSHIP AND PEOPLE EVER...RUN!!

People read the reviews PLEASE and do not give ANY BUSINESS to this place. They also sold me a car with body damages and engine damage. I live 4 hours away so I did not see the car in-person, only in pictures, and I asked ALBERT specifically if there were ANY ISSUES with the car and he told me "NO". The day after the car was dropped off I tried to return the car and they refused to take it back and was told, "it doesn't work like that". I tried calling numerous times and sent emails only to be ignored and hung up on. I will be filing a claim with SMALL CLAIMS COURT!!!

RUN AWAY

I was seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle, but I was unsure about it because it was from out of state. I told them I did not want to make the 1 1/2 hour drive unless they could tell me the vehicle was California emissions compliant. After 4 texts, 3 emails, and 2 phone calls, all to VERIFY that the vehicle had the California emissions sticker, I decided to make the drive, ready to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived for my appointment, the salesperson was absent so I went to check on the car. First thing I check is the emissions sticker, which clearly states, “NOT VALID FOR SALE IN CALIFORNIA”. Needless to say, I didn’t buy anything from these scammers. I recommend you don’t either.

Rude staff

I didn't buy a car from here but I was considering it. I got there a few minutes before close wanting to buy a car with cash, period and all they had to do was ask me to come back tomorrow but instead they looked at me and said "do you know what time we close. I just about turned around and left right then, I ultimately chose not to buy the car because it was a piece of junk and cosmetically poor.

You will be ripped off

Bought a 2015 Miata with 60,000 miles from them. The check engine light was on and Albert said he would take care of it. I bought the car and brought it to a Mazda dealer to fix. They did. It was a VVT Solenoid that needed to be fixed for $800 or so. I paid it and called Albert a day later to reimburse me. Surprise! He would not answer my call. I decided to cut my losses and move on. Two weeks later there was knocking in the engine. Brought it back to the Mazda dealer. They troubleshooted for two weeks and came to the conclusion I need a new engine. A used engine will be around $6,500 and a new one $11,000. Called Albert, he could not have cared less. Albert, I liked that conversation we had when I was buying the car about how you never get to see your family because you work so much. You know what? Knowing what you did to me, I realize your family wants nothing to do with you and are glad you are away from home all the time because you are a good for nothing liar. Don’t make the same mistake. Albert had me lie to my finance company Capital One that the check engine light was not on. I am way too trusting.

lol!!!! $1k dealer upgrade fee!!

What can I say. All the bad reviews are true. Looking at the 2010 Mini Cooper S Camden. Passenger side door was broken and wouldn’t open, car seemed like it came from a junkyard. Completely not the same as the picture. I was told that I needed to fill out an application before I could test drive. Because they don’t want to waste their time. So I was lead in to talk to the manager, I assume the owner. He breaks the news to me that all cars in his dealership have a “$1k dealer upgrade fee. Everyone’s doing it. We got to make our money somehow” quoted exactly. I said goodbye and left. Went to another dealership in Glendale for the same car and bought it cash. I can’t imagine that this place will be in business much longer... unless selling cars is only a front. They have an inventory of many $100k plus cars. Extremely shady.
