Not honest about mileage!
Completely lied about the mileage on the vehicle I was interested in. Got pre-approval from my bank based off the specs given by the dealership, only to get over halfway there (I live 2.5 hours away) to find out they lied by 20,000 miles. Had I not been reviewing the car fax report one more time, I would not have noticed and would have drove all the way there only to have to go home empty handed.

Bad for Business- HORRIBLE
Purchased a vehicle from this place. I was assigned a temp tag back in March and as of today I’m still awaiting my tag. When you call this establishment they play games and you can’t get accurate answers. I was told that Lauren , Mary and Sandra you send my tag and I have yet to speak with them, they don’t return calls. They have given multiple stories on the same day of calling in regards to my issue. He finance manager doesn’t return calls or answer email request....I have filed a complaint with Capital one, the BBB, California DMV in regards to my issue. The place has no problem with taking your money but can’t complete the proper paperwork process to make their customers happy or satisfied.

Disappointed, Stay Away
Things started shaky and got worse from there. Bad business practices and bold face lies. First I kept having to be the one to contact them. Yes I took the text message route however i would have expected more communication from the dealer. I had the vehicle inspected, which first I was told they would not do I had to come and take it to be done. As i live more than 400 miles from the dealer that was a no go. After calling the dealer directly I was told my sales rep was new and didn’t know (okay excuse able no biggy move on) once the vehicle went in for inspection i was informed when they came to pick it up they Demanded the paperwork I had payed for, or a copy of it. They were told it had already been sent to the customer that payed for it and to ask them for a copy. They still have not asked me. After which they turned incredibly rude to the servicing dealership. The inspecting dealership let me know about body damage that i initially did not see, upon hearing this i immediately jumped on the site and looked at the photos. Sure enough there was. When I asked on this later with them they simply evaded the question and never answered it. I later asked my brother to put in an interest contact and ask about the damage shown in the photos but not on the carfax. To curt reply came back of “I’ve seen this car in person myself and there is no damage to it.” (Armida sales associate). There are several other items the inspection shows that are smaller in importance but much larger to repair. Knowing that and discussing this the dealer refuses to negotiate at all when they bought this car at auction. These things lead me to believe that the dealership performs regularly in unsavory business practices and simply gets away with it. Though I may still try to buy the heap I don’t want anyone else to have to suffer through the fires I have.

Beware! Dealership lies and misrepresents!
Absolutely beware this seller and do not give them your business. I was lied to about absolutely everything, the specs that were listed on the website, the mileage, when they received payment, what parts were broken/defective, everything. Dealer kept my car days after they received the check from my bank, telling me it wasn’t received yet when my bank confirmed they had in fact cashed the check days before telling me I can get my car. As soon as I got there I realized there was no sunroof/moonroof even though it was represented on their site their was. I was also told that the car was completely clean on inside and outside and no dents/scratches (said the same on webpage for car description), but this was absolutely not the case. When I got there to pick up my car (after it was paid for) Albert told me that I didn’t buy a new car so obviously these things are expected and that I bought it as is so nothing could be done. Within a few minutes of driving away the side mirror cap FLEW off the car on the freeway, and the tire pressure monitor had a red alert informing me the tire pressure was extremely low and dangerous. I called the dealership immediately to find out why the mirror cap flew off and what was going on with the tire. Albert actually told me to drive back to where the part flew off and pick it up (on the freeway!) and if I took it back to him he would put it back on for me. Of course, I couldn’t and didn’t do that. I pulled over to the nearest gas station I could find and realized the tire was essentially flat. I went next door to a tire shop only to be told that the tire had a nail and could not be repaired because the tire was bald and it was illegal for them (and the dealer) to sell me a car with bald tires, and it would be illegal for the tire shop to just patch the nail knowing the tire was bald. So within 15 minutes of getting my new car, I was purchasing a $300 for it. PLEASE do not make the same mistake I did and do business with this dealership. Nothing but lies and misrepresentation.

Horrible Service and Horrible Cars
I purchased a 08 Range Rover Sport from this place and it was a piece of junk. What the dealer does is they wax the car up all good and tweak a couple of things to make it seem like the car is in great running condition until of course when you take it home and its a piece of crap. My first issue was a seat belt light that never turned off even after taking it back to the dealer where their inexperienced mechanic kept saying he fixed it but he never did. Second I noticed a burn in the paint on the hood and the dealer told me it was oxidation. Come to find out I took the car to Los Angeles and it overheated and completely melted the radiator and reservoir. Land Rover told me that the burn spot on the hood was from the excess heat the engine was generating causing the burn marks on the hood. Of course I called the dealer and they had no recollection of these issues. So 6 months and $3500 later, I had to trade it in for a BRAND NEW reliable car because this dealer does not offer such things. Don’t be fooled by their selection of cars, they bought them for cheap and its for a reason.

REASONS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
I should have listened to the bad reviews for this place, but being naive, I learned the hard way. If you want to save yourself the trouble, anger and most importantly, your money and time, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Here's my experience. Ultimately, it's your money and time so you do whatever you want with it, but if you are an informed buyer, you will at least consider other people's experience. (I know I should have) 1) Dishonest. I spoke to 3 different people on tje phone, including "Richard" aka the sales manager. All told me "You will love the car". After confirming availability and form of payment accepted (was going to buy it cash) I drove 40 miles the next day to test drive the car. I arrived, looked around and found the car (VW R32) but front bumper was barely hanging from the car, which was all the way in the back of the lot, under a tree and covered in dust and leaves. Walked back to office and was met by "Richard" who could care less about my concerns. I asked what happened and was told "damage happened a few days ago". I could not believe it. I has just spoken to this same person less than 24 hrs ago and was told "I would love the car". Never did he mention any damage when I specifically asked for car's condition. To add insult to injury, he dared to ask if I wanted to take it for a test drive. Had I been a different person, I would have lost it. But kept my cool and just walked away and took my money elsewhere. I know it was a used car and as is, there will be a few imperfections. But you do not expect a damaged, broken bumper. Not after their advertised pictures show you an intact car. These people are liar, they don't care about you the customer and their attitude and customer service skills (if they even know what that is) is the worst. Other people have mentioned the same in their reviews. Too many to be a coincidence. I should have listened. I hope this helps you in any way. Buying a used car is an ordeal, but things like this should not happen. Lesson learned: If you have the slight thought or feeling your dealer doesn't care or are plainly lying to your face, walk away. There are other places to do business with that at least will treat you with respect. In the end, they all need to make money to stay in business, and you need a car at a decent price. Your hard earned money should go to businesses that value their customers and take pride in their work. This dealer doesn't do neither one of these things.
