lol!!!! $1k dealer upgrade fee!!

What can I say. All the bad reviews are true. Looking at the 2010 Mini Cooper S Camden. Passenger side door was broken and wouldn’t open, car seemed like it came from a junkyard. Completely not the same as the picture. I was told that I needed to fill out an application before I could test drive. Because they don’t want to waste their time. So I was lead in to talk to the manager, I assume the owner. He breaks the news to me that all cars in his dealership have a “$1k dealer upgrade fee. Everyone’s doing it. We got to make our money somehow” quoted exactly. I said goodbye and left. Went to another dealership in Glendale for the same car and bought it cash. I can’t imagine that this place will be in business much longer... unless selling cars is only a front. They have an inventory of many $100k plus cars. Extremely shady.

terrible company

Contacted this company to buy a truck. I’ve been in the market for one for a few weeks now. I asked about the inventory they had and Sandra, the salesperson, sent me a link to the website and just said this is what we have. No wonder they have 1 1/2 stars. Definitely go somewhere else.

Worst costumer service I've ever experienced.

Horrible service. The wait was long, the employees unprofessional, and the finance manager was an xxxxxxx when asking questions about the car and price. No purchase made and would recommend any other place but here.

Buyer beware

Called to make an appointment to see a car and was told to come in. 40 Min drive to the dealership, we were told the car wasn't even there and was being serviced elsewhere. If I could out no stars, I would.

cars are nowhere near in selling condition

Went to see the black 350Z and the clutch was bad couldn't even get the car in gear, right side door wouldn't open, window moulding got stolen, from bumper broken, all brake pads on all 4wheels where less than 3mm. Didn't even offered to fix some of the issues to sell the car, didn't even bother negotiating price as is. Drove 2 hours for nothing thanks to the xxxxx attitude of Armida. Worst customer service. DONT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AT ALL.

Unprofessional and uneducated!

So here we go. I traded in a car here and now I’m getting phone calls because they still haven’t paid off that car and it’s been a month since I got the new car there. So I called them to see what the heck is going on. Turns out they can’t even find the folder that contains the information for the car I traded in. So as of now I’m delinquent in my payment for that car that’s not even mine anymore that they were supposed to pay off. I’m not sure what is going on in that place but, they better figure it out soon!! Very unprofessional and irresponsible!! To say the least.

Buyer truly beware here

This is a place that grossly misrepresented a vehicle as perfectly clean and wouldn't need a thing, yet it demonstrated several clear immediate problems, including the most basic thing, such as the "change oil" light being on just after being told that all maintenance was up-to-date, and the "check engine" light on. The manager insisted on a cashier's check for payment which could not have payment stopped for fraud, when showing areas of a contract to sign, purposefully steered away from the clause to sign that indicates that the vehicle may be returned within 48 hours, refused to accept the car back, promised to perform repairs, then refused to honor the written contract for this.

Buyer

We were excited to test drive a used Subaru and drove 45 minutes to the dealer (All In Auto in Norco) to do so. I had called and spoken with someone in advance to confirm that we could test drive the car and take it to a nearby Subaru dealership for a pre-purchase used car inspection. When we arrived, we were told that the security tracking systems All In Auto puts on the cars is included and non-negotiable. As a result the price was $1,000 higher than shown on the website. Also, the dealer was going to require us to complete purchase paperwork before we could take the car to the Subaru dealer for inspection. Neither of these items was told to us over the phone before driving down. Needless to say, we felt deceived and left immediately. Also, the dealer claimed that the security system requirement and additional charge was listed on the website, but we neither saw it before nor could we locate it after when we returned home.
