I bought a Jeep Compass in March and then I was rear-ended in an accident on July 3 and my new Jeep was totaled. I called my salesman Ali and asked him to get me the exact same Jeep Compass and one day later he sent me a picture of my new Compass with a sold sign on the showroom floor at Tuttle-Click. My first purchase experience was wonderful but this special attention at a very trying time was OUTSTANDING!!!

Ask for Massoud, he's the best!! He helped us get the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the Altitude package which is hard to get. He was fast, courteous, and straightforward. We had a hard time getting the car in so when he got the car, he drove it to my house so that we didn't have to come to the dealership with the baby and wait. When he got to my house, he didn't just drop off the car and leave. He stuck around for a while and taught me how to use all the cool features. I have Big problems whit my dodge dart And ir only has around 25.000 miles so when ever I go there to get some help they ignored me Big time ! So please all of you dont even think about to buy a car at these piece of crap dealer And also dodge are the worst rated car quailty on the market before you buy something from brand make a research thats what I learn but too late.
