This review is based on my experiences with the Tuttle...

This review is based on my experiences with the Tuttle Click Service Dept. and the several members of management who had ignored my emails regarding this issue. I had no issues with the sales dept. when purchasing my new truck from Tuttle Click but soon after purchasing my truck I had realized their was an issue with my truck. I had researched the problem online and found many others that were complaining of the identical problem. As it turns out, some Dodge truck owners were able to get this problem remedied (at no charge) through the dealership where their truck was purchased and others were not so lucky and ended up just getting the run around. In my case, I had contacted the dealership and set an appointment to have the problem checked out. On the day of the appointment the truck was never checked out and we were asked to schedule another appointment as more time would be needed to check out the truck. On the day of the second appointment it was extremely frustrating when my wife was given the exact same story as the first time. AGAIN they failed to check the truck, just leaving it sitting in the lot all day AGAIN. Needless to say after being totally blown off by the service dept. twice and having my emails to management go unanswered I had decided to have Dodge's design flaw corrected at my expense (even though the problem was first reported at 15,000 miles) and forget about Tuttle-Click Dodge forever.... They are very helpful when you are interested in dropping 40 or 50k for a new truck, but if you have any problems with that truck you can expect the guys in the service dept. at Tuttle-Click to go running for the hills. Absolutely no customer support at this dealership and based on their online reputation it looks like this is not an isolated case. Oh well, with so many other dealerships out there Tuttle Click will never see another vehicle purchase from me or my family....

This is the second time we have had a bad experience at this dealership. It had been three years since our first bad experience so we decided to try it again because of the convenience. They actually came up with a good deal and we leased a jeep from them. They took our trade in, which was a lease, and said they would take care of the car for us (two months left, no extra mileage, etc). We double checked all this with their finance manager when we were signing papers, and he said "don't worry about it, we do this all the time". A month later we had Mercedes calling us because we hadn't made our payment. After weeks of trying to get that settled, they finally made the payments and eventually turned the car in. Then a few months later, we get a "disposition fee" letter from Mercedes, saying we hadn't paid that yet. We hadn't paid it because we were told by Jeep that they would take care of our Mercedes. We called Jeep and asked them about it. They said they would check on it and get back to us. No one did. I called their finance manager 3 times, talked to him once. He told me to email a copy of the letter and he would take it to the office that writes those checks and call me back. He never called me back. We have been battling this for over a month now, and today recieved our first call back from them, telling us they won't pay it, it's not their policy. We have leased many cars and switched types of cars at the end of the lease. Whenever a dealer has taken our car and said they would take care of it, they took care of all of it. When turning in a lease we have never had to pay the disposition fee because we are always getting another car to replace it. And even if it is Jeep's policy, they should have stated that from the beginning. We were told by our sales person, the finance person when we signed our contract, and then a finance manager that they would take care of it. And then once the bill did come, not only did they back out of their obligation, they took over a month to let us know that! If that is a policy why wouldn't they have have said that from the beginning? How does a major dealership like this not stand behind their word. This shows such a lack of integrity, I am sorry to have given them my business. This has been nothing but problems for the four months. Definitely not worth the hassle for a good deal. Love our Jeep but will never go to this dealership again. We learned our lesson.

So mad I cant see straight. I have a brand new 2013 Dodge Challanger I brought in to Tuttle Click for warranty work. I purchased my car at Huntington Beach Dodge Jeep which I had a great bUying experience. The problem was with the Sun Roof that didn't line up on the car roof correctly. Brought it in, droped it off and picked it up hours later only to be told they needed to order the part and I would have to come back. OK. After ten day's I finally called back to see what was up with my repair and leaky sunroof. Left a message never got a call back. Finally did, and again, brought my car back left it only to find out this was not the problem and they would need to speak with Chrysler directly to find out the next step in this repair. Again, picked up my car at the end of the day, dirty from being in the back lot (and my car is Black so it really shows it) and I have a nice new scratch on my car which will now need to be repainted. Service department is very unorganized and understaffed. Here's how it goes: Park your car in line, walk in to the service department, (No one greets you) stand in line to speak with any available servcie agent and this could take some time as they will not make eye contact with you until they are good and ready. I'll keep you posted as to what happens next but unitl then stay away from this dealership for service if you can.

Horrible customer service. Don't even bother. Service department people are rude. The sales people are friendly but the First time I brought the car in for service the writer treated me with little respect, and had the nerve to ask me to leave a good survey review for him. I wouldn't have returned for another service but I had prepaid for the oil changes at this dealer, so I brought the car back today for service and there were five service writers standing around talking with each other when I asked for assistance it was as if I rudely interrupted there conversation, and they pointed to another service writer who was busy. Well I was unable to wait for twenty minutes so I had to leave. I'm just going to accept that this dealer has swindled me for pre paid oil changes and just take it some wear els, it's not worth the frustration. I like the car but I'm wishing I bought something else so I wouldn't have to deal with this dealership.

Positive Experience

I had researched the value of my trade as well as the target price for the new car. I had visited a number of dealers but had not been able to make a trade that I thought was fair. This dealer made me a fair offer on a 2011 new Town and Country Chrysler minivan without hesitation, and in a few minutes I was driving home. Subsequent dealer service was exemplary, with just one new-car problem corrected expeditiously.

Ruined my 1st time car purchase experience!

So I removed my review because I sent an email to the VP George Saad and I was told I would get a call Yesterday or today. No Call.. So it's going back up! This was going to be my 1st new car purchase. I was beyond excited! I woke up at 7am on sunday and couldn't sleep from the thought I was going to be the owner of a new White Durango!!! I went in there Sunday morning first thing after finding a certified pre owned white 2012 Durango they had on their site. I was greeted by salesperson Ali. I asked him about the car and he told me that it was taken up to the Tustin lot for someone to see. He told me we could drive up there and look at it. We went up there, and I walked up to the car with NO ONE on the lot while Ali went in and grabbed the key. I immediately noticed a Red tag on the car that was priced about $1000 less than online! I was beyond excited! Ali came back out and showed me the power liftgate, and room was my concern. So as I looked in the back, Ali walked to the front of the car. When I walked up to the front, the red tag was gone. I asked Ali what happened to it and he gave me a lost look and said"what red tag?" I couldn't believe it. I said that tag I just saw on the window! He asked if I was sure I wasn't looking at one of the other red tag cars! I then showed him on the windshield where the tag clearly was and asked him if he removed it. He became infuriated and I told him maybe we should just go. He yelled at me that I was wasting his time and lets get out of here! I could not believe it!!! I called him over to calm him down and told him I wasn't there to wasted either of time and that I was ready to buy a car. He went inside and said a port must have came out and taken it off, which was not true because I never left the car. We went back to Irvine so I could get my cosigner. 4 times I asked him about reserving the car or sending someone to get it. He told me don't worry. I got approved, we made a deal and we drove up to get it. Upon arriving, a salesperson there walked out shaking papers and said "sorry it's sold!" Unbelieveable! We went back and Then Ali and his sales manager proceeded to try and sell me on a grey one that I didn't like. I told them I wanted a White one, and the told me, No, no, Grey is much nicer that the white one!! So unprofessional! They ruined my experience of buying my first new car from a dealership! Now I'm not sure I ever want to go through that again... Stay far away from this place. They made it feel like a slimy used car lot with greasy salesmen just trying to sell a car, with no regard for the customers wants and needs. All my car dealer nightmares came true here. I would give zero stars if I could.

Integrity

We bought our Jeep Liberty here. We negotiated options and price over the phone and they kept their word. Paperwork was a breeze, and it's a very clean facility. We had a very different experience somewhere else earlier in the week, which made us appreciate our salesman Andy even more. Thank you Tuttle-click for hiring honest sales people.

Extremely friendly and professional. My sales manager Kevin Draucker was outstanding. Kevin new what he was talking about and gave me the lowest price of the 3 other dealer ships I had been to. Kevin was personable and most important, I felt comfortable. I drover over 50 miles Thank you to the entire Tustin Chrysler Jeep and Dodge staff. I look forward to future business with you. Amazingly, the sales department is the best division of this dealership. We bought our Chrysler Town & Country at the Irvine dealership two years ago and the sales process was friendly, polite and very efficient. We were pleased with the salesman and the business manager we dealt with. Having such a good experience with sales prompted us to bring the vehicle back when it needed service. Here is where the frustration set in. The first time the van needed service, I drove in and waited to be acknowledged by a service representative, as is usually the case. No one came to my driver side window. So I left the vehicle, went inside, followed the footprints conveniently painted on the floor to the service area and a sign that read: "Wait here for service." I waited, and waited, and waited. A service rep was at his desk five feet away from me and never acknowledged my presence. Finally, I alerted him to my presence and asked for someone to assist me. He raised his head to look at me and said: "Someone will be right with you," and went right back to his paperwork. I walked out, got in my van and drove to Jiffy-Lube. Today was no different. I had an 8:30 AM appointment. It wasn't until 9:15 AM that someone came by to take my information. They promised a courtesy ride to my home. That did not materialize. So I went to the sales department where one of the salesmen, who had spoken to me earlier while I sat in line in my vehicle waiting for a service rep, apologized for the delay and gave me the keys to his personal vehicle so I could drive home!! I was blown away! This gentleman's name is John and he deserves accolades for stepping up and offering help when others ran around like a bunch of ants. I will NOT be bringing my vehicle in for service at this dealership, however, when I need to buy another vehicle, I am going to look up John and give him the business.
