Easy peasy
Easiest service appointment I’ve ever made. Alexis was super friendly & helpful. The only thing I’d say was the hold up was the service took longer than was told it would. I also understand it was busy so other than great easy experience!

Great communication with Alexis
Brought our Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change, new a/c filter and flat tire. Except for the new tire Alexis was able to make sure all got done quickly. A new tire had to be ordered and then there was a delay because the driver forgot to pick it up. Alexis kept me advised of the status, communication is everything. She did a very good job communicating. Another service charged full price for the oil change but Alexis quickly refunded an amount to honor the oil change coupon previously agreed upon.

Worse service
Worse service ever, specially in service desk. Make you wait so long to get your car picked. For my first time going here was there worse!

Max is your Go to Guy!!!
We ordered out Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland January 24th, and took delivery on April 8th. We worked with Max Donovan, and let me say he is awesome!!! I walked in with a corporate discount code(long story) and he did not give me any discouraging words. I say this as I had visited 3 other CDJR dealerships and the moment I mentioned the discount code they all changed their story and got negative or non-helpful. Max was stellar! we talked through all the available options, and we narrowed down what we wanted and placed the order. His communication throughout was wonderful nd his specific product knowledge was amazing. (I have ordered cars in the past and known more than the sales people) Shortly after placing our order I checked the online tracker for to see if there was any status change and noted a new option group that I really wanted. I stopped by the dealership to see if we could edit the order and he had me working with Lionel and Nick (sales managers - both awesome!) and unfortunately that option group was unable to be ordered. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful to work with. They showed me their screens even to prove that it was a corporate concern. NO hidden stories, no run around. Even offered if they could not edit the order that they would just order me another unit and put the special order to stock- without any hassle! Every time I stopped by to check up on things when I was in the area - Max would chat like we were old friends! Never in my life have I had a car buying experience like this! Not to be a 'sale' not to be a 'customer', but to feel like an actual person and be treated with so much respect. From my initial walking in the door, my various visits to check up on things, even the wonder finance agent Dennis - everyone made us feel like old friends. In my wifes words: Max is on the Christmas cookie list (one of her highest honors) I would totally recommend if you want a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram vehicle to go to Tuttle Click Irvine, talk to Max and tell him Aaron sent ya (And a Side Note: I did not see markup on almost anything on the lot except the "specialty" vehicles - not like other dealerships that marked EVERYTHING up).

Excellent Service
Excellent service. Service advisor is very helpful and attentive to your needs and explain every questions asked in details. Right on time when they call me to pick up my car. That’s all I can say.

Worse customer service
Save yourself the headache and service your vehicle elsewhere. The are completely rude and just lie to you the entire process. No honesty or integrity. Before even taking my car to them I called ahead of time and was told I would get a call the next day and they just kept me like that for 8 days until they finally even touched my car.

Maritza, Our service department tries to be fair by diagnosing customer vehicles in the order they are brought in. When you came in for service, you were made aware there were others in line before you and that a loaner was unavailable. The used vehicle you brought in was no longer under warranty, so you were upset, and then you insisted we look at your car before others ahead of you. When we explained the process, our service director had to step in because of your unacceptable cursing and aggressive behavior with the advisor and manager. We understand customers want quick service, but we have no control over the number of customers coming in for diagnosis. As for emails being sent to you, you made it clear you did not want messages or advertising from Tuttle-Click sent to you. This was your choice. Check tire pressure
Service was oil change, tire rotation and general checking of fluids, etc. The tires only had 32 psi in them and should have been 35-36. Seems when rotating tires they neglected to check tire pressure.
