Easier purchase and pickup

Great experience at Tuttle-Click. Ordered a Jeep in 30 minutes, and my expectations were set properly since delivery times were increasing at that time. They quoted me 4-6 months to delivery and it arrived exactly at 4 months. Note that delivery times are determined by the manufacturer and not the dealer, I was just happy they set my expectations properly. No hassle at the dealer for pickup, the process was smooth. I dealt with Coz, and he was great.

Had service done on my 2019 Dodge charger.

Had service done on my 2019 Dodge charger. New tires, oil change, alignment, multi system check. Enrique was my service advisor. He was excellent. He listened to me and responded in a way that more than met my expectations. Unlike McPeek. I will be back!!!

I purchased a used car here. It was a trade in by an...

I purchased a used car here. It was a trade in by an active, at the time, salesman employee at Tuttle Click. He showed me all the gadgets and when I asked if any work had been done on the car, he said only the tint job and that everything else was original. He failed to share with me that he did a cheap paint job on the car (and who knows what else lead to needing that)... Within months of purchasing, the paint started peeling! And now 1/2 of the car has peeled off. So disappointing... and heartbreaking for someone with limited money. I paid full dealer blue book value. A good paint job is very expensive.. thousands! If I sell it, I'll get a fraction of its value. When I called less than 3 months of purchasing, which is when I saw the paint peeling, Tuttle click refused to help or even acknowledge this happened. Atrocious.

In April of 2021 I custom ordered a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon...

In April of 2021 I custom ordered a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from this dealer. Was a 40th birthday gift to myself and was very excited to receive my first Jeep. After taking delivery, I noticed TONS of quality control issues ranging from paint drips, poorly applied clear coat, scratches, loose trim, and lots more. I don't know how this passed QC at the factory, let alone at the dealer. BUYER BEWARE! I've read about all the issues Wranglers have been having this JL generation, from terrible QC to corrosion; I had the 'it won't happen to me' mentality until it did. Tuttle-Click should have bought it back; they acted like it's normal, and I should be ok with taking a brand new vehicle and breaking factory paint to maybe fix just 'some' of the issues. What did they offer for my troubles? A service package... tank the value of my new Jeep by repainting, but a free oil change is suppose to make me feel ok? Buy a Bronco, or if you buy a Jeep, don't make the same mistake I did, and INSPECT IT CLOSELY! I've now sold the Jeep due to all this ridiculousness.

Only leaving 1 star because there is not an option for 0...

Only leaving 1 star because there is not an option for 0 or negative stars. I took my Jeep there for an oil change to use their Express Lane service (no appointment necessary, per their website). I was told that I would have to leave it and they might get to it today but no guarantees. The service writer then said it would be best to make an appointment and that they are booked for more then a week. What is the point of the Express Lane no appointment necessary if you can’t get it done while you wait and have to make an appointment.

What would the point in reaching out to your team? I have gone to your dealership multiple times over the 10+ years with (2) Ram trucks and the current Jeep Wrangler that I own and have never had a good experience. When I left your dealership on 7/10/2021 I called the Jeep dealer in San Juan Capistrano and they got me in right away and did the "Express Lane Service" while I waited. You have lost my business forever I will be sure to tell anyone that asked about the poor service that your dealer has given to me over the years.

Smooth and Fast Lease!

This visit was our second lease from the dealership. The process was smooth and quick, and we like buying cars quickly! No one wants to spend a few hours in the dealership to get a car. Massoud, our sales contact for the second time, was again excellent. Joe Avigdor in Finance also made the process quick. Furthermore, our needs for our car are a bit specific, so it took some hunting by Massoud, but he made it all happen. :-)
