Honest Dealership-Max was the best
Called Tuttle-Click to purchase a used Jeep Compass for my daughter. Max called me back and personally located the car I was interested in and had it ready as promised for me to sign the papers and drive home. I was in a time crunch and Max made sure the car was ready for a test drive and expedited the paperwork for me. The total time spent from test drive to driving off the lot was under 2.5 hrs. I have never worked with such a great dealership or car salesman who is honest and very caring. Max took the time to explain all the inner workings of the car for us and had us on our way so quick. I recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

I am disappointed with the service.
I am disappointed with the service. The USB port stopped working after being fixed by Tuttle-Click and they wanted to charge me $185.00 to " look at it again ". Originally the problem was under warranty an now just out of warranty.

2018 Ram 1500 Laramie Diesel
I had a great experience purchasing my used Ram truck. Haluk showed me several trucks before I made my decision. I thought negotiations were very relaxed and welcomed the low pressure sales. They gave me acceptable value for my trade-in. I was purchasing while visiting the area for the weekend. The finance manager streamlined the process to accommodate my time schedule. And he found me a great rate.

Worst consumer nightmare of my life! is Tuttle-Cick Irvine. Over 2 months my vehicle was stuck there. Just got it out yesterday 9/30/2019 and taking it to another Jeep dealer to repair all the damage and finish the work they called finished. I will be posting videos on Youtube. There are no words to describe the incompetence and lack of care. People please!...check Yelp's almost 3 long pages of 1 star reviews and complaints!...Check out the long list of unanswered complaints with the BBB, Better Business Bureau. Do your due diligence. Please do not make the mistake my family and I made by going here. There is so much information online about this outfit. Do your research! Don't be a victim! Shirley, thank you for the response! I have reached out and you have not responded to my email. In each review you suggest or imply you want to make things right and put me in touch with the right people. All I get is these mostly "copy and paste" public responses. No one from your organization reaches out to me except one culprit in escalating the problems...so whats the point? However in fairness it "may" give the impression Tuttle-Click is interested in resolution to the problems as far as the public is concerned. Catch you on the next review!

Misunderstanding on all sides - but very professional
Had a great, quick and no-hassle initial sales experience with Rudy, who was super nice and attentive at the time of sale, then found out some stuff after the deal closed that didn't make me as happy. Full disclosure, fault in this situation is probably allocatable to both myself AND the dealer because I failed to completely understand some aspects of the deal, but crucial information about payoff was also miscommunicated by the dealer/leasing company. Despite this, Amad kept his cool and was nothing but professional and patient during our conversation about this. Amad promised to refund me $250 after the deal was completed and kept good on his promise. Frustrated that it happened (again, probably both our faults) but they handled it in good faith and with class. Major lessons learned: DON'T LET OTHER PEOPLE PUSH YOU TO SIGN DOCUMENTS WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION, and also DON'T DO A LEASE DEAL WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT EXACTLY IS BEING USED TO REDUCE YOUR PAYOFF.
