DO NOT DO IT! Writing a letter to corporate.

My second time leasing a car was not as great as the first time around. I felt like they were rushing the process to get me into a new car. Wanted me to sign off before even seeing what I was signing off on. I never test drove the car I leased only what was available on the lot. I wanted to know what other discounts I could get besides the "returning customer" discount and Moe mentioned a 1st responder discount. He factored the 1st responder discount into final numbers and I pretty much signed the papers on this deal. Then he told me that my car was "locked in a lot and they could not get to it?" Which I found crazy because how can you not get your own car from your own lot?? I would have to return the following day which I found annoying because I wanted this done same day. The following day I received a text from Moe asking if I was still coming in. I responded with a text asking him if the numbers and deal were still the same. He called me to tell me that I would not be getting the 1st responder discount because it could not be combined with my other discount. I found this to be complete BS and truly felt like they were trying to get one over on me. I am a returning customer so I thought I would be treated a certain way and I did not get that vibe from them at all. They also kept reiterating that I would be doing them a big favor by leasing a car from them this month (Jan). I am not here to do the dealership any favors, at the end of the day the dealership is supposed to be doing everything in their power to make the customer happy. Now my experience was not horrendous even though I did feel as if I was being treated differently because I was a woman and did not have a man present. Typical car dealership behavior which is atrocious. My main reason for writing this negative review is because of the way my mother was treated at the dealership. 3 years ago when I leased my first car with Ford, I brought my mother in and she also leased a car with them. So they got a great deal because they leased two cars at the same time. This time around my mother and I were looking to do the same thing; however, the way my mother was treated was down right disgusting. They did not listen to anything she had to say and kept trying to push a car on her that she DID NOT want. For 3 days they pushed this car on her and she kept telling them to run numbers for the car she actually wanted. (Which they never did.) The first day my mother told them that she had tried to lease a car with another dealership the week before which resulted in her application getting rejected at the Paramus dealership. The manager then came over because he wanted to see what type of application was filed so that he can change it up and resubmit. There was definitely a lot of miscommunication going on because my mother was not understanding what the manager was saying. The manager then proceeded to tell my mother TWICE that he felt she was getting "defensive" in a condescending tone. I have no idea if they realize how much they lack in customer service within this dealership but they seriously do. My mom was so disappointed in how they were treating her. They are condescending towards women, have zero listening skills, and were trying to push a car no one expressed interest in to reduce their inventory. They pride themselves on acting like they are doing the best they can for you when at the end of the day that is not the case. She did not do business with them. Lastly, the dealership had two returning customers and treated us so poorly. We will not be doing business again here and I encourage anyone looking to buy a Ford to go to another dealership!

Paramus Ford Service

I recently brought my 2016 Ford Edge in for servicing and it was a very easy process. I purchased the car with the premier service package that includes all service maintenance until 2023. They did the service with no issues

Great service

Had to take my truck in for a recall and decided to have some other work that need to be done to the truck when it was there. They took great care of me and it was a very pleasant experience. Would go dock to them again.

24 year old Taurus, back on the road again

My grandson was given a 24 year old Taurus and before driving the vehicle that was sitting for several years in a garage, I had All American Ford in Paramus check the vehicle out. Rob was the service person that handled us and thanks to him, he found several front end repairs that were extremely important to have taken care of immediately. The car is now on the road and no problems at all.

Best dealer in New Jersey

Best dealer in New Jersey. I am moved by their hospitality and above all their honesty in the price quoted and the final price given. Prior to visiting All American Ford, I went to tens of dealers just to notice 3K to 4K difference in the price shown online versus what they mentioned at the store.
