Exceptional Service Staff, from the staff person who took my vehicle upon arrival, the cashier staff and service advisor were so accommodating. Loaner Car was brand new 2020. All work was done a promised I felt like I was truly appreciated.

13.5k-mile Maintenance on 2018 f150 lariat

Leasing this truck from here. I follow their reminder for service/maintenance. Courtesy parking, professional arrive advisor and A nice waiting area.

Lousy vehicle

I had to downgrade from an Escape to an Ecosport, and I have to pay an additional $100 per month for a piece of junk. The car is so uncomfortable, can?t put cups in cup holders without having the lids pop off because the emergency brake is so close. Overall it?s a piece of junk. Terrible on gas mileage, I?m paying more than the Escape. I will never buy another Ford ever again. The salesman, Boris, did what he could to help me, it?s not his fault, but now I know why American Ford has such a bad reputation!!!!

Amended Review

I’m amending my previous review with appreciation to James Sabino who has assured me my previous issues will be addressed. it has not been through lack of effort my concerns were not addressed it appears to have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication. I certainly appreciate Jim reaching out to me as I have never had an issue with the dealership prior with warranty or repair work. All I’m looking for is truthfulness. Hopefully my Explorer’s leaky sunroof has been repaired. Time will tell. Thank you to Jim Sabino

All American Ford Service Dept

Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. They lied to my face. Customer service rep Joe Fisher never returned my call. Emily Fox did absolutely zilch. And Sean my service liaison lied, lied, and then lied again. STAY AWAY!!!!

Service

Brought my Escape in for routine service and mentioned to the Service writer that an app that had been previously working on my vehicle suddenly stopped working, he made note of it, When my Escape was finished with the servicing he mentioned that they found a bad circuit in the board supporting my dashboard display and that they would be ordering a replacement and call when it was in to install. Asked what it would cost and told, that it was under warranty and cost nothing other than the time to install. Thank you for finding the problem and planning on fixing same.
