I went in for a leak in my tire. Turns out I had a nail in my tire and after inspecting the car they said they couldn’t find the nail and the car was fine. Well the nail was still there. They don’t repair tires so I had to go somewhere else.

2011 Mini Clubman Service
Your automated scheduling system was out of service for the entire week and when calling the 650 number to schedule, your system could not transfer to the local dealership. How shoddy. Further, I had to go into your store to schedule the appointment. When repairs were made, your agent had to handwrite the repairs on the service order. Your facilities have not changed since the time I purchased the car. Appears you plan to close this dealer. Total unsatisfactory. I will make one additional service for my other Mini and then find another dealer not associated with AutoNation

Responsive to urgent issue with non-starting car
Scheduling was same day for urgent issue. The scheduling person, the service rep (Hector) were friendly, efficient and effective. Regular and clear communication about status and costs.
