MINI of Monrovia

They are great there! Salesman was not pushy at all, very friendly. When he turned it over to finance office, he was not pushy either. They washed my car and had someone go over all features in the car. I went back two weeks later to get another complimentary car wash and last minute questions. If your planning on getting a mini go there, they have some good deals and many to pick from.

Excellent repair, accomodating and responsible. They made all repairs needed on the computer and then some. The car runs like a dream. Good coffee and popcorn.

I took my car in for oil change no hesitation to leave it there for a few hours they offered for a shuttle to take me home and to bring me back to the dealership. Great service. If there was another five stars to give I would surly give them. Thank you kassandra for all your help.

I have bought two Mini Coopers from Monrovia and I liked them the best because there was no pressure to buy a car and I got the best deal. The service is friendly and one feels comfortable there. The Service Department is well organized and there is a comfortable waiting area that furnishes popcorn, tea, water, coffee, T.V. and cell phone charging. The restrooms are clean.

Kassandra helped me out and she was A1. She has great customer service and is very friendly. I would go back just for Kassandra's customer service.

Battled a Few times with Mini of Monrovia but this time it was a better experience. I still would like to see their customer service improve.

My service advisor was Parkson, Yee. I had very nice customer service and he gave to very good advice about taking care of the car. He explained well about the repair services. I highly recommend him, Parkson Yee, he was the best advisor.

Had an appointment. Went in, got checked in, waited for a bit so I helped myself to their coffee machine - then I was helped by Parkson and he made sure my time was not wasted from that point on. He went the extra mile to make sure all the services that could be done were completed, as I requested. He is very respectful and knowledgeable about Mini and their products. Moreover, I noticed how kind he is and told his coworker to take the day off as she was feeling under the weather and pregnant; and worked hard to cover her share. Caring people are real people and those are the people I want working on my car.

I showed up and was greeted by Liz who helped me park my car and introduced me to the service manager. She showed me the waiting area with popcorn machine and deluxe coffee options. Jorge got the process started and got my Mini into the shop for the maintenance. While I was waiting I noticed the AlloyGator wheel protectors on a display Mini and spoke with Jorge about it. He got me the pricing on it and soon it was in the tire shop having them installed. Rudy and Ozzy did the work on my Mini and they did a great job.
