First service call failure on my Mini.
I purchased my car from Mini of Monrovia and had a great shopping experience. Brought vehicle in for its first service call, they changed the oil, washed car, all seemed good. Took car on a quick 100mile road trip, parked my car in my friends brand new house's driveway and spend the day there. When I got back home, as I pulled into my garage and noticed and oil stain. Then called my friends and asked them to check their driveway. MORTIFIED to learn my 1 year old car dripped dirty oil on their pristine driveway. I understand things happen, but I think making sure a car isn't dripping oil should be a requirement of correctly completing a simple oil change. Complete failure, and now I am offering to pay to have my friend's driveway cleaned. Taking the car back to get fixed today. Will see how this is handled. Stay tuned . ?

Get a 2nd opinion!
I have two complaints, you as the customer have to call them to follow up on status of car. Very difficult to get your service person on the phone. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned the pricing is OUTRAGES. My advice, always get a second opinion. Another bit of advice, always hold on to your service records and if possible know what your service advisor sees on your key read.
