Wishing i would have never bought my car now

Very unhappy with a number of thing's If I could do it over again I would not have bought my car! I would return my car if it what's to late.. Having to sign paper 3 times is in unreal. to have a sale person that doesn't even check up on a new client is on real! This should be the happiest time with me buying a new car and I am totally upset about my new car. Wish I has a address for Bob Moore himself and I would write him and let him know how ever unhappy I am. Even his Mangers have let me down

like the style and ease

I previously contacted the service department referencing the repairs they did on my Terrain and let them know that I was not happy about them putting different type of shock on my lift gate. I was notified back that they had seen my response. It may be a little thing but I am proud of my vehicle and want to keep it looking good.

2017 K2500 Diesel

Got rid of a problem truck and got a good truck. I was unhappy with 2500 gas truck..no power..real poor gas mileage so salesman helped me find a better truck.

A great service experience!

My recent service experience at Bob Moore GMC was outstanding! The repair took less time than expected and cost less than the estimate! In addition, my car was washed when it was returned to me! All nice surprises for an auto repair trip!

Great Experience, sales and finance worked hard!

I just bought a used 2013 Ford F-150. Zach did a great job on the sales side to present me the best offer of all the competing dealers. Once I got to Finance, they went above and beyond. They listened to what I was telling them and made it happen, for the payment I was looking for. Great experience, one of the best I've had of all the dealerships in OKC.

Great experience from start to finish

We went into Bob Moore GMC on NW Expressway recently to see about purchasing our fourth vehicle from them. Our salesman was Bobby Trumbley and he was very informative and helpful. Our experience was very pleasant because we didn't feel pressured. After we made the deal, we went into the office of Lanna Robinson in the finance department. She was very helpful in completing the process. We would definitely recommend for anyone planning to purchase a new vehicle to visit their dealership. We will continue coming to them in the future.
