Mike is amazing. We tested his patience and he endured our challenge and helped to make sure we walked away from our deal with a clear understanding of all the legal jargon and numbers. He knew what he needed to do and went beyond what I would have expected from anyone. He is an honest, caring, patient, forgiving man. We came away feeling impressed with what happened. Scott also was amazing to work with and also went above and beyond to make sure we understood the paperwork. I am very pleased with the patience, kindness and wonderful time and effort that was put into this whole process for us. How can you find anyone better to serve you at this store than these two amazing people? We love Toyota Bountiful! Josh Chavez is a very knowledgable salesman and great to work with. The finance manager, Weston Bird was very respectful and didn't push us into a deal/payment that we weren't comfortable with. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at Toyota Bountiful. I came out to look at a vehicle and it was slightly different than what it appeared to be online. However; Brandon and Chris went out of their way to make the deal work. More than that they seemed concerned with any problems it may have caused me and worked hard to earn my business and trust. Lucky Ire is the sales person with whom we worked. I appreciated his honesty, forthrightness, and his friendly personality. He is a credit to the Toyota dealership. He followed up with us after we purchased the car, and offered to assist us in any way if we had questions or needed assistance as we oriented ourselves with the new car. Lucky represented the Dealership very well. It was a pleasure to work with him and his associates through out the entire experience.

It was great everyone is helpful. I will say that the internet said the car I bought had some options which weren't available. It wasn't a big deal and the price was lowered after a couple days viewing.
