Just called and asked Toyota, Bountiful if they would honor the prices listed on the internet. They said yes! Then asked me what vehicle I was interested in and when I told them, they said that was a mistake. Mistake or not, they lied! Can't trust someone or a company who lies.

We apologize for the mispriced 2014 Toyota Avalon you called about on Wednesday the 15th. Very few times make mistakes from MSRP $40,000 to special priced at $3711. Because we have humans pricing vehicles and we do make mistakes we have a disclaimer on our website that states "Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed". This would be one of those instances. We'd be happy to offer a very aggressive price for you on a new Avalon or provide you options that were at the $3711 price that you saw. Thank you for your interest and we hope you can understand. Lets get this review in order. The ad I found was on KSL and not on Toyota Bountiful.com. There is no disclaimer located on KSL. Toyota Bountiful advertised a car. I called on the car. Your employee said he would guarantee and honor the prices listed on the internet. Your company lied to me. Your company would not let me buy the car at the advertised price. How can anyone trust a company if its okay to lie to just one person. Horrible business. People should know that you lie and are untrustworthy.
To add to my review of this company I also found this on KSL when someone or a company wants to sell a car, they have to put how much they want to sell their vehicle. "Note: To protect our sellers and buyers from potential fraud, a valid VIN is required to post an ad on KSL.com. In addition, the asking price must be the actual amount you are seeking. Ads with fraudulent prices (e.g., monthly payment amount rather than full asking price, $1.00, etc.) will be deleted. Basically Toyota Bountiful is committing fraud. wow. Now can you really trust this company?

I had a great experience! Mike and Scott were very helpful. They answered all my questions, did not leave me feeling unsure, did everything they could to help get me into my kia. I am not one to usually suggest people to visit dealers because they all try to screw you. But Toyota Bountiful was great. My finance even had a good experience and he normally gets extremely worked up talking to sales men.

I LOVE the staff at Toyota Bountiful! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly faces and helpful people. I had pre-ordered my beautiful new Highlander and everyone was so prepared with their part in completeing the transaction so I felt there was absolutely no time wasted in my finishing my purchase of my new car. I needed to finance a little bit of the car and Scott was able to get me 1.6% financing!!! WOW!!! I was blown away! AND he had everything written up so I was in his office for a total of 15 minutes!! Another WOW!!! I cannot say enough about Angelia Call!!!!!!! She greeted me with a hug!!! She went over EVERYTHING, and, knowing that I wouldn't remember it all, gave me her cell phone number so she could talk me through everything I would forget! Her explanations were so thorough that since leaving the dealership, the things I don't quite remember, I start fiddling and then what she said comes back into my mind---how's that for a good teacher!!! When I first saw my new car, it was in the bay and so shiny that it blew me away! I got in and turned it on and it had 4 miles on the odometer and a full tank of gas! This was an extra bonus I hadn't planned on! Another thing I hadn't planned on are all the employees that would walk by and comment on the beauty of my new car and congratulate me on my purchase! Writing a large check isn't easy for me to do as I am a widow on limited income, but the confidence booster for me, that I had made the right decision, was everyone who walked by and commented on what a great choice and decision I had made. Today, four days later, I am happy, happy, HAPPY with my new car and the experience I had at Toyota Bountiful!!! Wahooooo!!!! IMPORTANT---I want to send this review in and can't submit it without checking the box that says I'm not a relative of a dealership member--so I'm going to check that box anyway, knowing that it isn't accurate so I can submit this review. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2014 Avalon. I started the process using the internet looking for 2013 models. I received a call back almost from immediately both Mike and Scott offering to help value my trade in and offering do do what ever was needed to meet my needs. Upon visiting and looking at the 2013 I had settled on my wife and I determined that we didn't want that particular car. Mike then told us that we could get the same deal on a 2014 in a more acceptable color combination to us. The trade in figure we received was somewhat disappointing and almost killed the deal until Auggie went to work to get us to where we need to be with our payment. Weston then worked with on to get the paperwork completed painlessly. Mike then assured that the Car was delivered in perfect condition and quickly. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Clay was easy to work with and down to earth. It was a easy going atmosphere, not the high pressure sales tactics that we have seen at other dealers. I would recommend him and Toyota Bountiful to anyone!

Overall great experience! I came in expecting a "car dealership experience" where I was hounded by salesmen etc. This was far from that. Everyone from the first phone call forward was friendly but not pushy. Scott was great to talk to about my needs in a vehicle in my situation. Jeremy (new guy) was friendly and extremely helpful with my toddler while I filled out paperwork etc. Cameron was awesome to discuss finances with and felt like he was very straightforward about all terms of agreement with the loan etc. To top it off the facility was great. Tons of great snacks for my little boy, and diet coke for this momma! I'd totally recommend these guys to anyone!

We selected Bountiful Toyota because of it is close to...
We selected Bountiful Toyota because of it is close to our home and because of past experiences in buying vehicles with them. Because of a physical handicap, it took us over a year to decide on which vehicle would best fit my changing physical concerns and needs. During that time, we had constant contact with the sales representative, Scott Argyle, who was very informative, honest and patient with our desires and needs. We have dealt with many sales representatives and felt we were being driven to purchase what they wanted us to buy, not what we needed or wanted. We contacted and received bids from several dealerships, in and out of the state, and felt Bountiful Toyota was the most willing to work with us. When we signed our contract, the total price and every detail was already emailed to us so no surprises were placed on the contract. The finance department was also very cooperative and explained all details to us, those we accepted and those we chose not to accept. Undoubtedly, the main reason we ended up purchasing from Bountiful Toyota was because of Scott, his professionalism, his honesty, and his willingness to bend over backwards to make the purchase honest, fair, and clear.

Good experience, very pleasant.
The staff seemed very pleasant and helpful. Jamie my sales rep, was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. He was professional and went the extra mile with the requests I asked of him. Overall one of my better new car buying experiences. I hope their service department is as good. Thanks Bountiful Toyota.

I don't have much experience buying cars so this was...
I don't have much experience buying cars so this was a bit intimidating to me. In fact, in over 40 years of driving, this is my very first new car. Jose Ramirez was warm, friendly and low key which made me feel comfortable. He was also patient as he described the features of the Rav4 I bought. Josh Brinkerhoff was very clear in explaining the payment options that were available to me. Finally, Scott Roper clearly explained the extended warranty options I had and he too was very patient. I would gladly refer friends and family to your dealership.

It was great to work with Tommy Terry and Jason Long. They were both very responsive to our requests and were diligent with their follow up. They went out of their way to make our car purchasing experience a great one. We would highly recommend buying from Toyota Bountiful!
