After buying a Kia Sorrento upon delivery we noticed the rear tires were not new but appeared to be in good condition. After driving for a few months the rear tire collapsed on a trip in LA when my wife was alone in the City and I was still in Utah. Upon inspection we found the tire had three plugs in it and was not in good shape. I called to let the dealer to let them know it was not properly inspected upon delivery. I spoke with Angelica my sales rep and she promptly put me in touch with Sean the customer service manager. Toyota Bountiful and Sean took responsibility and sent me a check for a new tire. They did the right thing and instilled confidence that they care about customer satisfaction and perform not just giving excuses to customers. Toyota Bountiful has integrity and is a quality dealership.

I arrived at Toyota Bountiful looking for a car for my youngest daughter. While looking at camrys on the lot with Jerid my daughter called and told me there was a problem with her job. I changed direction on the sales team and started looking at Tundras. Your team made the transition to the tundra without so much as a mis-step. Due to their low pressure friendly attitudes I ended up with a Toyota Tundra. This is a truck I had beed looking at for six months.

Toyota Bountiful was honestly the best car shopping experience I've ever had. I went in with not much and came out with a smile on my face. I personally worked with Auggie and Ha.
