Excellent from start to finish !
I recently retired and currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've always dreamed of having a fishing cabin right on a river - so I also recently bought property on the Trinity River in Northern California. I've owned Toyota 4Runners before and they're perfect for all weather, teenager, off-road adventures and getting to those "word of mouth only" fishing holes. I decided on a budget of $30K (more or less) along with the model, color, interior, options, etc. that I desired. I also decided that it would be fun to fly somewhere to pick up and drive home. Then I began my hunt. Specific configuration, low miles, "real" (I found more than one listing that turned out to be otherwise) and the best price and service. It took some time, lots of time over a couple weeks, but I located three 4Runners that fit the profile. One of those ended up being "not real" - so I pursued the other two - one in Montana, the other in Arizona. The Lithia Toyota dealership in Billings, Montana, was so exceptional AND HONEST that I bought my low miles (8900) 2014 blue with tan interior, tow package, etc. from them - sight unseen. If you're looking for a 4runner (or any Toyota for that matter) - make it an adventure like I did and go see Greg and Kristen in Billings. They Rock !

Overall Happy
My experience started off a little rough. I found a vehicle online and submitted my credit application that evening. I immediately got an email from Zoey saying that Kristen was working on it and would get back to me. I informed them that I would be in meetings most of the next day but to leave me a message if I didn't answer. Around 10 am the next day I hadn't heard anything so I called and was informed that Kristen and Zoey were both off till Monday. I wasn't happy that they didn't tell me that the night before. I then went back on the website and clicked the "schedule a test drive" button for the vehicle. By 5 pm, when I got off work, I drove to the dealership, since I had not heard from anyone, for the test drive. When I pulled in the truck I was interested in was in the service lane because it had been test driven. By now I was really irritated because I figured it was being purchased. I finally went in to check on it, and Max Erickson approached me and asked if I needed any help. I inquired about the truck and he said it was still available. We took it out on a test drive and by the time the night was over, I had purchased it. My experience, once Max approached me was very good. He was not pushy in anyway and made the experience very enjoyable. He was extremely pleasant to work with and answered all questions that I asked. Jhevon helped with the final paperwork and got me on my way, even though it was after closing hours. I greatly appreciate the time that Max and Jhevon put into getting me a truck and on my way. I wish the rest of my experience with the rest of the process would have been as good as dealing with these 2 gentlemen. I would recommend to others seeing Max for a vehicle purchase.

Always impressed with your service, very efficient
Your staff are very friendly and as a long time customer, they know me by name. I like the comfortable waiting area with magazines, TV and free coffee and popcorn to help pass the time. Right now I am having no problems with my Prius, but when I did, about a year ago, the issue was eventually resolved to our satisfaction.

4Runner service at 130,000 miles
Jim in Service did a great job of explaining the maintenance issues on our 4Runner; the costs of the items, and checking out the vehicle for any other problems. The repair work was done on time and in budget. Normal excellent service.
