They are fraudsters!!! They are liars! I bought a 25k 2014 Mercedes GL450 from them with 4 bald tires. Drove car only for 5hours!! Sales manager said "ultimately we had to sell the car!!" Car not driveable after just 1day! Don't bother wasting your money go next door!

First of all I would like to acknowledge George and Joel for walking through everything with me. I don't have the greatest credit but with there guidance and help it was doable. I completely enjoy my BMW ! thank you George and Joel for your help. HIGHLY recommend them and Ottosource.

Went to see a car after being told it was there. It was no longer available, because "it had been loaned out". Appointment was also to see a second car- a Lexus RX350, white, which is still advertised. It was NOT white, even though the photos clearly showed it to be. And part of the front was missing- the cover for the place a tow truck places its hooks. I noticed that the photos do not include a shot of the right front of the car, where this missing piece would show. The car had bad spots on the paint and was not clean. This is a shoddy way to try to sell a Lexus.

TJ was outstanding, my credit situation was not great however he made me feel good and promise he will help and he did, he pulled some strings and help me get approved. I will definitively buy from Ottosource again in the future.

Though I did not purchase from OttoSource, I was impressed by the quality, speed, and attentiveness to every email inquiry I sent. I also received a phone call after a few days to follow up on my interest. I was not pressured at all, only assured of their willingness to work with me. The responses were always courteous and professional. I will look to them for other business in the future.

We ended up not buying but not because they didn't do everything they could to assist us. Dylan was great to work with! Felt no pressure at all to buy, he was transparent and helpful. thank you for working with us!

Called and confirmed the price, drove over an hour to find out they added $995 to the price because the internet price was a mistake (and of course they will not honor that), on top of that they added another $900 as "Dealer Service Fee" which they also "Forgot" to mention in their add or during our phone conversation. Extremely unprofessional and very shady business tactics. Stay away from them!

Thanks to Sara and the staff for going beyond my expectations and being v caring . Happy with my 2014 Audi A7. Will come back for my next car lol
