These reviews are laughable. This must be a full time job coming up with fake names and 5 star comments. I'm sure my review would never get posted so I'll keep it short. Low mileage car that's pretty to look at but after 3 weeks it's sitting in my garage because it smokes every time I drive it and can't stop leaking coolant. Wow is all I can say.

Hands down the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They knowingly sold me a car with a navigation system that did not work. Initially they refused to offer any assistance stating the car was sold as is. As is also means as advertised. Only after threatening legal action did they actually help me. They sold me a car without a spare key and not even all of the floor mats. They repeatedly tried to pressure me into using their own financing despite my informing them that I had secured my own financing. I traded in my car to them on September 1st, 2018. It is October 24th as of this review and they have not paid off my previous loan. The "manager" I spoke with merely wished me luck in a smarmy tone meant to imply that he doesn't care. I have called them repeatedly and again and again I'm told I'll receive a call back. I have not received a call back not once. I have confirmed with my bank that Otto Source is in possession of the funds, as far as what they've done with them, nobody knows. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and will seek legal counsel as well. This dealership epitomizes every negative stereotype that exists for used car sales. They are dishonest, shady, manipulative and have no desire to do things the right way. There are many dealerships you can purchase a car from, don't let this be the one you use. You'll regret it every step of the way.

After getting rejected at various dealerships in the Dfw area Ms. Nevarez did a fantastic job at helping me get in a new car in one visit! A huge shoutout to the whole team at ottosource for the great customer service!

I have never bought a car by myself before till recently and I was very comfortable with the staff there. I worked with Claudia who worked in BDC, she helped me find a car that I liked and afterward help me with a sales advisor to finish up. Was not disappointed.

I am writing this to warn buyers. My wife recently purchased a car through Ottosource. Everything seemed to be okay, we saw the car, I noticed a piece of weather stripping came unglued and they promised to fix it. 5 days after the sale was finalized they still had the car stating something went wrong in inspection. We called everyday and they kept saying it was still at the shop. After the fourth day the salesman gave me the number to the shop they sent it to. I called and we finally picked up the next day. When I asked what was wrong they said it was an error code and they cleared it so it should be fine. Everything looked ok and we were ready to just be done dealing with them. Once I got it home I rechecked everything and noticed the weather stripping wasnt fixed and the tires had places where the treads were flapping off. They can plead ignorance all they want but the fact is they sold a dangerous car without a second thought. The salesman's big selling point was that it was a 1 owner car... It turns out that ONE person was a RENTAL COMPANY. I should have paid more attention but to be honest I should be able to trust a company on such a big purchase. Now we are getting notices saying our warranty is about to expire and we need to contact a company called MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICES. After some research I have found this company is totally bogus and preys on new car buyers selling extended warranties that don't cover anything. I have called the company asking where they received my PERSONAL information from and they said it routinely is sold to them by dealerships. After I expressed my frustrations to them they refused to say anything else and hung up on me multiple times. The bottom line is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Every shady story you've heard about used car salesmen is completely personified by this dealership. I'm tired of it so Ill be posting this to every possible review site I can find. Their almost 5 star reviews baffle me and the only thing I can come up with is they have people related to their business buff up their reviews, this is just speculation on my part.

I was not disappointed when I came here, I worked with several people here that made the experience easy. I worked with Claudia who was able to help me choose a car that I liked and then worked with a sales advisor who helped me finalize everything, definitely recommend.

I had searched the country trying to locate the car of my dreams, a Dodge Viper. I found the exact car I was looking for on the OttoSource web site. The car looked great in the photos and it had a clean CarFax. I was an out of state buyer. My sales person answered all of my questions so that I felt comfortable wiring the money to OttoSource. The car was delivered to my house (mutually agreed upon shipping arrangements), in the same condition as in the photos of the car in the showroom. Everything was there, the manuals, the keys, everything I was told about and saw in the photos. The car looks and runs great. I was nervous about making an out of state purchase for an expensive vehicle - but I trusted OttoSource and they really delivered! I would definitely recommend them! I worked with Kirk and Dungy on my deal - they are great guys and very helpful.
