****2015 Audi Prestige 79K Mileage****
The 2015 Audi Prestige that has 79K miles needs a ton on work, this vehicle needs at least 13K worth of repair, the dealership KNOWS THESE vehicles need a ton of repair so please and I mean please get a pre-purchase inspection on ANY vehicle you look at from here, a lot of these vehicles are bought at auction and sold three times the price with known internal damage. They also try to sell you on extended warranties which is a scam because the damage is pre-existing and will not be covered if you file a claim. The 2015 Audi after repairs is really worth $18K, this was advised to me by Audi of Plano, every technician and salesman stated the work that is need is "CRITICAL" Very Critical. So please if you want to buy this car please due your research because these parts are not cheap. Also I asked the salesman if they were willing to drop the price based on the amount of work is needed, they advised me it would not drop the price because they wouldn't break even if they sold the car at what it's worth. I asked the salesman "Dungy" if he could let me know about the emissions results and he told me the car was in good shape, which was a lie, I wouldn't buy water from this dealer if I was dying of dehydration. Huge scam and they treat you like you're stupid. BE INFORMED and know your stuff!!!!

Not a good experience
I called early Mon morning before shop opened to inquire about a car. Spoke with Dungy.. I tell Salesguy Dungy Im coming at 3 that same day to buy car full price cash only to find out another sales guy got a $100 deposit to hold 24hrs AFTER I reserved online.. I would’ve gladly paid a deposit but they don’t have this feature nor did I receive a call back... The 24hrs passed and customer didn’t show.. I had already reserved vehicle online I thought, but I called back again to buy vehicle after the 24hr holding period with cash only to be told by TJ since lady couldn’t come in he took another extra deposit to hold one week! I’m in office cash in hand but they’d rather hold a vehicle for $200 for one week when I’m ready to pay $8k same day. In all my years of buying cars I’ve never heard of this. The info I saw said car been there 4 months. So I assume if Lady doesn’t come in this week TJ will just keep accepting deposits until she can come in... Thats greedy salesmen tactics and is not where I want to do business.. So disappointed because their cars are so beautiful and classy and was ready to purchase

Decent Car, Poor Service, Poor Salesman
I researched this dealership prior to coming. They had good reviews so I decided to give them a chance after finding a vehicle I liked. My salesman's name was Dare. I did not have the best feeling working with him, but decided to give him a chance anyway. The vehicle looked nice. Parts of the inside of the trunk were clearly glued together and fell apart not even a week after purchase. Dare' sent $20 to "fill the car up" after purchasing...a Premium Gas SUV...$20... He also stated that he would help me get a spare key for the car since it only came with one key. That did not happen. I did not receive my permanent plates or tags until the day my temp tags expired. And that was only because I called several times asking about them.. they have nice cars but shop at your own risk.

Great customer service
I have worked with a lot of dealerships but so far OttoSource is the best one. I like how they were quick with their responses, and they answered every question I had. Especially my internet advisor Claudia, I highly recommend coming in and purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Great customer service
