Wheels Fixed

When I brought my car in for an oil change a month or so ago I brought up that my wheels were pealing and asked if this was normal. Jeff Ames said it was not and told me he would look into it. Turned out that I was able to get my wheels refinished for no cost to me at all!!

Wiper blade issue

As usual, Adam Blakely was thorough and courteous. He kept me informed and aware. The only issue I had was that I discovered, on the road, in a rainstorm, that whoever installed the new wiper blades had forgotten to remove the plastic cover of the drover's side. Fortunately, I was able to pull of and take care of it myself.

Always professional and flexible for appointments.

I have had my car serviced every 5,000 miles and have never had any issue with the service department. Always professional have condition of the car with printouts of upcoming areas needing attention.

Great experience getting the car I wanted

Great experience with this dealership who went out of the way to find exact car I wanted. Great experience both in person and via email with Brian Gaynor and was helped out by Richie Ollier as well to make sure the car was in tip top shape for me to drive off the lot.

Pleasant Experience at Jake Sweeney

I received a safety recall in the mail for my 2016 Mazda 3. After having some service issues with the dealer I originally purchased from, I chose Jake Sweeney to perform the recall. Called in to service to schedule. Ben was friendly and familiar with the recall, and gave me multiple scheduling options to fit my schedule. I arrived for my appointment and got checked in with no issues. They provided a very nice loaner car while my service was being performed. The recall was performed quickly and I picked my vehicle up after work the same day. I'm very particular with the cleanliness of my vehicle, and oftentimes I'll discover a dirt scuff or grease mark after a dealer service. To my surprise, my car was as perfectly clean as when I left it. In summary, I had a friendly, fast, clean and positive experience at Jake Sweeney Mazda.

The service is always very professional at jake Sweeney Mazd

They kept my car overnight for service, so they gave me a loaner car Jake Sweeney Mazda always has excellent customer service. I’ve been to other car dealerships Northgate Ford on colerain Avenue the service was horrible

First Mazda

I never looked at a Mazda until a few weeks ago. I was impressed with the body design of Mazda 3 and very impressed with the interior design; stylish and elegant. I purchased my vehicle with the Premium Package; it was worth the additional price. The color I wanted "Deep Crystal Blue" was not available at the dealership but salesman found vehicle at a dealership in Columbus and within 24 hours it was on the lot. The only issue I have, unfortunately, there are two areas with what appears to be fine scratches and one area where they appears to be circular scratches. I was advised to contact Sales Manager, Toney Heitz, to address my concerns. I will write an update after I meet with Tony Heitz.
