I drive up and they recognize me, some even remember my name. Everyone is friendly and ready to take care of my needs. I was given a loaner, almost the same as mine. Nice to not have to find everything in a different vehicle. Service was quick and finishing up was easy too. I don't think I'd go anywhere else.

My 2014 Mazda three would not start, had it towed to Jake Sweeney Mazda for them to check it out. They gave me a call that day to let me know what the issue was and how much it would cost to fix. The next day they gave me a loaner until my car was ready. Showed up to pick up my car and it was clean and back in working order. The service was great and friendly the whole time.

My whole buying experience was great and my future service needs have been great also. They don’t pressure you into needless service unless the car really needs it. They also try to give you deals to get lower prices on your service needs.

I purchased my car with free oil changes for life. I was informed after my oil change was finished that this would be my last free oil change. I was told that life meant 7 years. Will most likely have no reason to come back.
