My appointment for an oil change is always on time.

I am always greeted on time for my appointment with respect and a knowledge about the service I am to receive. The wait time is great. I am very satisfied with my experience with Tri County Mazda service!

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Questions answered promptly before, during and after the sale. Never felt pressured and the dealership went out of their way to find the vehicle I wanted. Jason Vaughn was awesome throughout the entire time, both during and after the sale.

Service Dept.

They were able to change my brakes during my routine oil change appointment - greatly appreciated this. It saved me time by not having to make a separate appointment

awesome

This was the best experience my husband and I had ever had buying a new car. Richie was fantastic as was all the other employees we came into contact with. Very easy, friendly and professional buying experience. Would absolutely recommend. We live in Indiana and would not hesitate to drive to Cincinnati again if we were on the market for another vehicle.

Beware - Last Minute $$$ Add-Ons

Beware - the "price" they advertise or negotiate to does not include almost $1,200 of dealer add-ons that they try and sneak in at the last minute. This includes $899 "environmental protection assurance package" which they won't budge on including - so really should be upfront about including it in price! Ridiculous "old-school" dealer tactics - misleading in the sense that they "agree" a price but don't disclose they will be adding these costs - thereby wasting your time as the deal falls through - or your money if you accept the add-on! How can a dealer that operates this way possibly be trusted?

I take my car to your dealership and have always been...

I take my car to your dealership and have always been treated with polite, friendly and excellent service by all of the staff. I usually leave my car with an estimated time but my car is always timely and they call me when my car is ready.
