Bought a Kia 1 1/2 years ago from.another local dealer, but I do all my maintenance and repairs here. Great service knowledgeable staff, with a quick turnaround time. Tammy, Caitlin, Joshua and John in the service department are awesome to work with.

Tami and team set me up.

Tami and team set me up. Had my motor replaced in less time than expected and drove a sweet loaner for a week! Hendrick did all the work with Kia so nothing for me to do.

Awful and very unprofessional.

Awful and very unprofessional. Impossible to reach anyone by phone and when messages left no one called back. Issues went on for over a month. Finally had our car towed elsewhere.
