Great experience

We had a great experience buying a new car! Juan our salesman was fantastic! He was kind and very patient with us throughout the entire process. The sales manager Luke worked great with us to get the deal done and making sure we got the car we wanted! Seamless, stress free, and straightforward process! We truly appreciate working with everyone there including Lance in finance! We will definitely be returning to purchase another vehicle!

I had a great car buying experience at Hendrick Kia

I had a great car buying experience at Hendrick Kia Pre-owned. We purchased a 2023 Chevy Tahoe. My sales person, Tim Beard, was knowledgeable and efficient. He was responsive to any questions. Greg Stancil , Pre-Owned Manager and Tim worked hard to close the deal. Greg was also responsive answered every question I had - and there were many - never becoming frustrated no matter how busy he was. I was impressed that he took the time to step out of the “glass office” and sit at the table with my wife and I. All emails and text message were returned. Once back in the dealership, Lance was in the finance office. He was friendly and patient. If you want a no hassle, no pressure experience I highly recommend Hendrick Kia Pre-Owned. Be sure to ask for Tim!! Thanks Tim and Greg for an awesome experience.

Shop elsewhere

The salesman was polite and nice, every other aspect was pretty terrible. The car was promised to be ready 3 days after the purchase instead it took 2+ weeks for them to have it ready enough for us to take the car home. Upon release, the car had dog hair on the seats, won't blow out hot air, and did not have floor mats. They kept encouraging me to take the car early saying they will finish the maintenance afterwards. I didn't trust them and waited until the major repair was done. I am glad I did as now they won't return my inquiries about the issues with the car they just sold me.
