This was our 4th vehicle purchased from Mercedes Benz

This was our 4th vehicle purchased from Mercedes Benz Coconut Creek. I have never been impressed with the sales or customer service from this dealership, however, it's the closest one to me. I will definitely never purchase another vehicle from them. This has been the worst experience in sales/ customer service ever!

When you walk in please make sure to ask for Julius. He will go above and beyond for you. I walked in just to look at a car and I walk out with my wife?s dream car.

My experience was satisfactory.

My experience was satisfactory. I was planning to buy a new car but they didn?t have the car with the color combination I was looking for so they sold me a loner car with 2.500 miles. After a week of driving we had issues with brakes and rear camera. As I am writing this review the car is in the shop.

I was very pleased with the dealership, the sales man

I was very pleased with the dealership, the sales man Julius was great and very helpful, he made sure to explain the vehicle to me in detail, he's also called me to ask how it's going, I must say I had a great experience over all and I am very happy with my new car, I went back the next day to ask a question to the service department and was greeted by someone who explained so much more but I didn't get his name.

My experience at Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek was great! My sales associate, Norman Zelaya, was the best! He was knowledgeable, very professional and courteous. He was able to obtain the vehicle my wife wanted and this was very exciting for her. Norman made our experience most pleasurable. When the need should arise, I wouldn’t hesitate going back to Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek. It’s a great dealership with great people!!

I had a truly frustrating experience at AutoNation

I had a truly frustrating experience at AutoNation Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek that I feel others should be warned about. Salesperson David Gardner was very pushy, insisting I submit a credit application to hold a car--even though I clearly said I wouldn't unless the hold was guaranteed 100%. He assured me this was the only way and that manager Locksley Thorpe approved it. After I submitted the application (which triggered a hard credit inquiry), I was even sent a final invoice, making me believe the vehicle was secured. Yet, despite these assurances, the car was sold to someone else. When I followed up multiple times, David promised a manager would contact me, but I never received any response. Only after reaching out to another salesperson did I get a call back hours later with the news the car was gone. The lack of communication, broken promises, and complete disregard for the damage to my credit report is unacceptable. This experience felt deceptive and completely unprofessional -- especially from a luxury brand dealership. I strongly caution anyone thinking of doing business here to think twice before trusting their commitments. This was by far the worst car-buying experience I've ever had.
