Great service!

Great service! I love my car and everything was seamless! I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle and it is perfect. We found it on the website and drove over and purchased! We are so pleased.

Maserati GrandTourismo Cambrio

First rate dealership, most attentive sales staff, with David Falkerstrom being a standout. Although I bought a 2011 Maserati GrandTourismo convertible, it is one of the most pleasant and helpful Mercedes dealerships I have ever encountered.

If you?re going to be getting a credit for a vehicle it might be different for you I paid for a vehicle in full and I was just a passing by person. I didn?t generate enough money for them, so no extra nothing available for me, like others, I WAS at a Mercedes Benz dealership and the feeling was of : just sing here , pay and leave! I?ve been treated better at CarMax just to bring my old car for them to buy it Your choice!!! Happy with my car though!

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and within two days had

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and within two days had to bring it on for service due to an engine coolant leak. The leak should have been detected during the car inspection but was apparently missed. To their credit, they shipped it to a BMW dealership for repairs and are not charging me, but this has questioned my confidence on how thoroughly they inspect pre-owned vehicles.

Buying my New Mercedes

The buying experience was good. Facility was top notch. Customer service was quick and fast. Financing department can use some improvement in communication and follow ups to keep customers happy and coming back.
