our experience with Pepe Cadillac was very positive.John Geradi and Phil Grey answered all our questions and then some.They gave us honest opinions and led us in the right direction.I would highly recommend buying a car from Pepe Cadillac.

The reason that I chose Pepe Cadillac is because of Mark Rosen. He made me feel at ease and explained everything to me at length. I knew what all my options were with clarity before I made my decision to buy from Pepe. I had been to other dealerships on Long Island and Queens. They didn't even come close to the quality of service that Mr. Rosen presented with. I didn't feel like it was all about the money. It was about me and what I wanted.

I must say that it is a pleasure to deal with Patricia Fusco. She has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to releasing a Cadillac when my lease has finished and I know I will receive the best possible deal Pepe Cadillac will have to offer to me in December 2015. When I leased the current Cadillac, I would on not been able to lease the 2012 Cadillac at all. So I am counting of Patricia to facilitate the transaction. Your service manager is bar none the best I have ever met and done business with. Communication is key and Marc exceeded any expectation. While I had major work done on my truck Marc kept me in the loop constantly with professionalism, care, courtesy and wit. Mark Rosen was outstanding in his product knowledge and assistance. From the moment I entered the dealership I felt like someone special. Mark explained the whole lease process and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. The car was immaculate and he went out of his way to get a few extras for the vehicle that I had requested. I also met John Gerardi who sat in the vehicle with me and went over everything twice as pertains to the vehicle electronics and operation.
