All three were extremely helpful and courteous while distributing a wealth of knowledge about the Cadillac brand. I also had and excellent experience dealing with the parts manger David Gay. My experience with Pepe Cadillac was a pleasure. My car broke down and I was walked through the process of having a tow come and take my car to the dealership. I needed to take a train to White Plains to pick up my loaner car. Kleb picked me up at the train station and was extremely pleasant. Ms. Polanco made sure that my loaner car was ready to go when I arrived. Ron and Bobby from the service department took care of all my cars issues. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I must say that I have been to many dealerships with my family through the years. Most of the time the entire process was "not pleasant."
