David Persaud and Robert Rifkin were both a pleasure to deal with in all aspects of leasing a new 2013 Cadillac CTS. I felt I received the best possible deal and they took their time and answered all of my questions in order to make me feel comfortable with the purchase.Thank you to the entire staff at PEPE CADILLAC.

I had a wonderful experience with David and Pepe Cadillac. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgable, and were not pushy at all. I got everything I wanted in my car for a great price, and am loving it so far!

Robert Rifkin was a gentleman from start to finish. No sales pressure,super knowledgable about all Cadillacs. I went to lease a 2013 SRX (luxury), but I saw a used 2010 CTS (premium- fully loaded). I drove both the SRX and the 2010 CTS. Then I talked with Rob about finances. He finally gave me what I wanted. I say that he let me steal the CTS. It is my first American car (I'm 51 years old) and I am ecstatic about the car and with Pepe Cadillac. I will be back so long as Rob is still there.

Sarcasm from salesman and unprofessional behavior from sales manager. Went there to see about a used car and all I got was what I mentioned above...granted my situation is not the best in the world but to leave there feeling humiliated was not expected. Even if my situation improves I will never ever set foot in there again. And if your wondering the sales managers comments we're that of laughter loud enough for all around to be heard.

David Persaud's knowledge of models, packages & options helped me select what was most suitable for my needs. He made purchasing a car an enjoyable experience. He was patient & never used high pressure sales tactics. When I went to take delivery of my car, he addressed any concerns I had & made sure I was completely satisfied. He gave me a thorough & informative tutorial on my 2012 CTS. I will definately go back to David for my next new car. I highly recommend him.

David Persaud and his manager, Paul Toner, are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by ME - a person who has purchased and/or leased many cars over the past 13 years or so. I walked into Pepe Cadillac a few months back, interested in looking at some of the redesigned and new models. David was super-friendly and extremely knowledgable. At the time, I was shopping around at a few different dealerships and wasn't ready to make a move. David never once harrassed me with dozens of phone calls like most of the sales guys do - he was very low pressure, which is ALWAYS appreciated by any car buyer. We spoke on the phone/in-person/via email a few more times during the course of about 2 months. Finally, when I decided I was ready to pull the trigger on the 2013 SRX, David made it happen. He and Paul honored an incredible deal that I found advertised by a competing dealership, and even located the exact SRX I wanted from out-of-state (they didn't pull the "it has to be on our lot" nonsense). Even better, Pepe Cadillac offered me top-dollar on the trade of my 2010 BMW X5 - I won't mention numbers, but they came in higher on my trade than 2 other Cadillac dealerships did. I thought the deal was too good to be true, waiting for them to pull a last minute sales tactic to raise the price, which I've experienced too many times before - but they never did. The entire process was totally smooth and enjoyable. The night we took delivery, David and his managers were ever-so-appreciative to my wife and I for our business, and they even sent my new SRX back into the detail shop to wipe out a few last minute fingerprints I saw on the black paint. I can't say enough good things about them. This was the first time I've done busines with Pepe Cadillac, and certainly will not be the last. Thanks again, David and Paul, for your honesty and hard work in getting me to the monthly payment I felt comfortable with!! Regards, Mark Hawthorne, NY

It is so important to us to be set apart from the typical stereotype of how dealerships work, (the usual bait and switch tactics, or flat out lying just to get you in the door). The Pepe Auto Group is high class when it comes to its customer service because we GENUINELY care about people. Yes, we are a business, of course we want to make sales. But, we refuse to sacrifice our integrity in order to do so. We don't just want "Customers", we want "Happy Customers". We will always go out of our way to get people what they want, at the price they want and do whatever we can to make things happen in a way the customer is satisfied with.
