They worked fast and gave me a clean car🥰 Nice place to wait! They offered me a ride but I choose to wait and I enjoyed coffee and cookies while I was waiting for my car be done.

Satisfied

The visit was satisfactory. and I had all necessary work performed. I was told when I bought the car that It would be thoroughly cleaned when coming in for service. The car was not vacuumed inside at all.

Amazing team

Best Dealership . Very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Staff is always friendly . Waiting area has yummy treats and coffee. besides watching tv to past the time while having car services ....you can enjoy walking the show room and checking out latestet cool cars.

Service Was OK And Could Be Much Better

I took my 2016 CTS in on Saturday without an appointment for a flat tire. My car was tended to right away. We were told that the shop was short handed, understandably so, however, Sam kept us informed. An issue with the airbags was brought to my attention via email. This email stated to "have the car serviced within a day." Since there is ALWAYS a shortage of loaners a this dealer, it is difficult to have the car serviced right away. This makes me worry because I do not know what the airbag issue is, and my son is a passenger in the car. I have to wait until Thursday, an entire week after receiving the airbag issue email, to have my car's airbags assessed. Ridiculous.

Very good and competitive lease offers. All of the details were as advertised even though it was jaded by my previous car dealer experiences. Harold was knowledge about the car and took his time to explain car features.
