And the best part was not having to go to motor vehicle and stand a line for God knows how long! The staff was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs! I had a flatbvthe percon came to my house to change the flat. Nice. And very quick. Wasn’t sure what I want to do. I had a very bad day. So I kept my tire. Person was very professional.

This is the second time I lease from Pepe Cadillac white plains. It has a pleasant environment & experience from the front desk to the sales consultant (John Gerardi). The finances manager Robinson is just as wonderful . Everybody shows professionalism and knowledge in their area of specialty. It runs like well oiled machine. Our sales consultant John Gerardi is such a wonderful person to work with as professional sales consultant and he also shows that he’s such a wonderful person in general. He follows through even after the transaction. He will try to help you even if it’s outside the scope of his job description.

I am 66 and I have been dealing with automobile service centers for nearly 50 years now. All I have to say is that if anyone ever asked me what was the best automobile service experience I ever had - I would have to say - hands down - that it has to be Pepe Cadillac Service. These people are First Class all the way, and from all that I've ever seen and experienced in automotive service - Pepe Cadillac Service, in my opinion, sets the Gold Standard that every other automobile service center should aspire to. The Pepe Cadillac Service staff took great care of my service needs, working with my schedule to set up my service appointments, and I received courtesy calls from them to remind me about my service appointments. Their facility is immaculately clean, and they "Roll Out the Red Carpet" for their customers. I received a warm friendly greeting by the folks in the convenient drive-in service drop off area, and I was treated like a VIP by my service specialist Samuel Kwartler, who was very attentive to my needs, and who went out of his way to ensure that my service issues were promptly and properly addressed. The service performed on my Pride and Joy (my Limited Edition 2014 Cadillac ELR - the first ever Electric-Powered Cadillac) was done professionally and to my 100% satisfaction. I received an email with a detailed report of the service performed on my ELR, and all of the checks they performed, I was very impressed with how thorough of a service my car received, and how well all of the checked items were documented in detail on the report. I've never before felt so confident, assured and satisfied about a service performed on my car, and needless to say - I will ONLY be taking my ELR to Pepe Cadillac Service for all of my service and maintenance needs. I give Pepe Cadillac Service and the Pepe Cadillac Service Team 5 STARS All The Way! - My utmost Highest Recommendation!

Just bought Cadillac Escalade Esv in White. The whole experience was great from the sales man to the Fianance guy. The car was nice and clean when they handed to me and they were thorough in explaining everything to me. Thanks Pepe for a great experience!!

Very Friendly, Best Price and our sales consultant Frank Raniolo is a gentleman. We do not live near the dealership, so Mr. Raniolo drove the vehicle 2 1/2 hours to our home in a snowstorm!! We did the paperwork in the comfort of our home and even though the weather was terrible and Mr. Raniolo had a 2 1/2 hour ride back, he took his time going over the entire vehicle. Now that's service!! The top notch service did not end after the paperwork was done, Mr. Raniolo called and emailed us the next day.He asked if we had any questions and said no matter when if we ever need anything to call or email him. We are very happy with Pepe Cadillac.

Very friendly, not pushy, very helpful. They don’t push unnecessary things that are very expensive. Explained the repairs in detail. The loaner car was very nice.
