Excellent experience

Came in for an oil change. At the last minute added several other items. Everything was done to my satisfaction sooner than promised without resistance to last minute additions. At all times professional and courteous. Unique and pleasant experience with an auto dealer service department

PEPE CADILLAC AND FRANK RANIOLO TOP NOTCH!!!!

I came in to the Pepe dealership, I was stressing out over what car I wanted that fits what I do for work. The as I entered the dealership, I was greeted by this salesman Frank Raniolo. From the very start Frank was very nice, and was easy to talk to. The best think I liked about frank was he was not looking to push any of his cars on me. Instead he said, lets take a look around, and if you see something you like, we can take a test drive/ But he said believe me, as soon as you find the car, it will fit you, as you fit it. I would recommend that if you are looking for a cadi, then Frank is someone who you want to deal with trust me. I am very happy with my purchase, and will have fun for years to come. Pepe Cadillac Seamless Purchase

My experience at Pepe Cadillac was totally seamless. Completely Professional, landed the exact XT5 I wanted for the most competitive price. Love the “CUE”, was given a thorough tutorial of all the systems and features. Efficient, friendly, not to mention an immaculate showroom. Luxury brand, white glove service.

2016 Escalade ESV Purchase

Good overall experience. Andy and Robinson were great! Felt like I got a good deal. Car could have been prepped a little bit better and a number of dings and some seat damage, etc. that I'll have to deal with but hopefully my insurance policies will cover those ideas. Beautiful car that I love though. New Tires were a huge plus. Great deal on rubber Trunk liner.

Disappointed with time spent

Staff attentive and polite (A rating). Waited 20 minutes for loaner car, late for an appointment (rating F). Not fault of staff---one person dealing with 3 loaners at one time......I deal with Pepe Mercedes where I am in and out in minutes and expected the same here. Get the young lady some help when need! Deficient product.

I have complained many times to the dealership of the poor or non-existent shock absorption of my CTS..I have had to replace three(3)tires: it is difficult to understand why low profile tires are used on a vehicle of this size. After a wheel alignment, the rear wheels still emit a whirring sound; The noise and the rough ride are cause for much distress and heartache in the family especially when one considers the monthly expense. A expensive vehicle of this nature should not be the source of such displeasure.The personnel I have dealt with are kind and have tried to be helpful in spite of a deficient product. This is my fourth CTS; I look with anticipation towards the end of the lease. Never again!
