Knowledgeable staff, worked hard to meet my requests.

This is our third Cadillac. We have always used the same dealer and salesman. This shows our confidence in getting the best deal possible. Just as important, service after the sale is always professionally handled. Satisfaction is the key to keep returning.

Pepe Cadillac in white plains is awesome

I called Kenny Sternesky (Pepe Cadillac Sales and Leasing Consultant) probably 50 times. What a kind patient man. After about 2 weeks, I finally decided on a car. Kenny kindly helped me through the whole process and treated me like family. I appreciate everyone who helped me at Pepe Cadillac. Service was provided in a timely manner.

I was told that fluids had been topped off. Two days of use later, I got a notice my windshield fluid was low. The vehicle was taken in for a rear window washer issue. When I opened my hood the top to the washer fluid bottle was open and there was no fluid in the bottle. When I first sat in my car after being repaired, I noticed a 3 1/2" diameter, white piece of plastic on my steering column. Sam made sure the car was taken back into the shop. I was told it was part of the mirror assembly that had been removed to work on the washer fluid issue. Sam did a good job getting me in for service and kept me informed as to the progress of the repair.

Worth the Drive

From my initial intake-related phone call with Melanie Rippy, to the lovely one-on-one with Kenny Sternesky the entire process was as good as it's ever been. Melanie was efficient and quick to answer all of my concerns in an effort to help avoid any unnecessary trips to the dealer given the distance I had to travel to get there (40+ miles each way on any given day). Then, working the numbers with Kenny was also an amusingly pleasant experience; he is a person of integrity and his transparency was refreshingly welcome. Things had gone so well, I was certain the "F&I" experience would sour the experience (as it has in my past), but Corey Jones set a new bar. I've purchased 6 vehicles, to date, and Corey's my new "number 1." No hidden fees, no unusual APR changes last minute, no "we need more money down" situations, etc. Furthermore, he valued my time with organization and concise explanations of every single piece of documentation requiring a signature. A good sales experience makes for return service visits. And if anyone is wondering, the CPO ATS was meticulously cared for, and reconditioned accordingly :-)

Luxury Salesmanship

I have recently turned in my 2015 CTS, leased a 2018 CT6 from Pepe and had the pleasure of working with Frank Raniolo. Frank was professional throughout the process and actively worked to facilitate the best deal possible. He patiently answered all of my calls and emails and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles sold at Pepe. Corey Jones, the sales manager, took me on my test drive on a crowded Saturday afternoon. While I appreciated his input about the vehicle, I especially appreciated his consideration of my time and willingness to help move the process along. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I have leased cars from other luxury brands, including BMW, Audi, Volvo and Infiniti. While the vehicles have different strengths and attributes, they have all been enjoyable. I find that the dealership experience, especially within this class of vehicle, is as compelling a factor in my car shopping decision. Frank truly delivered a luxury experience. While this was my first lease from Pepe, I have worked with Pepe in the past, including service on my CTS. They provide fast, efficient service and provide an enjoyable dealership experience. I look forward to working with Pepe in the future.
