Didn't think when I called it was going to be possible to upgrade the Denali to the Escalade. Especially since I had 1 year left on my lease. After speaking with David he informed me about the Costco program and with that we were able to make it happen. I'm extremely happy with David and PePe Cadillac. Pepe Cadillac was my first stop on my quest for a new CT6, and I never should have gone anywhere else. Salesperson was David Persaud. His knowledge of the vehicles and the various trim lines was more than we saw at other nearby dealerships. His catering to our needs, in terms of what we dreamed of in a vehicle, while managing our financial expectations, was perfect. He was a true pleasure and it was a seamless experience. Very please with my purchase!!!! John Gerardi, is a good person, good sales man hew really cares about people and his job. John sold me a SRX and it was a pleasure every step of the way. If you want a Cadillac, go to Pepe in white plains and ask for John he is the best believe me.

In my review about the little guy I didn't understand just how hard it is for sales to deal with the banks and their proposals for payment. Jerry, Robinson, took time to sit with me and explain in detail what their up against when dealing with the banks. They not only do that for me but we're able to get me very close to what I needed and accomidated me in ways that I have never experience dealing with past dealerships. You guys are great consistent loyal to your people and willing to go the extra mile for customer satifaction. Much respect, and as a Cadillac lover I will always remain loyal to the brand through a relationship with PEPE / THANK YOU!
