Pepe Cadillac

This was by far my best car buying experience. I walked in and was greeted and was introduce to John Gerardi. He was friendly and professional. I told him what I was interested and he was straight away helpful. He told me the options and was honest and not at all pushy. He was actually there to help me and fulfill my needs. He got me to do a test drive and had the vehicle ready for pick up on Monday, meanwhile it was Saturday. Came in on Monday and it was painless. He had taken care of all loose ends and explained the vehicle to me personally. Thank you John and Pepe Cadillac. Kola C.

I was shopping for a used car and stopped by Pepe Cadillac to look at a used red Grand Prix . It was actually AFTER closing (7pm) and Rick Burton was like the only person around. I offered to come back another time but Rick said, "No Problem, I can show you the car". Long story short, the car wasn't even in the main lot and he walked with me to an adjacent hotel parking structure where the car was parked. He spent nearly 40 minutes with me (looking at a $7,2000 car) when he could have (should have) been on his way home to dinner. I ended up not buying that car, but found another vehicle at Pepe (a Buick) that i was happy to buy from Rick. It was the best car buying experience i have ever had, and it had a lot to do with Rick's outstanding customer service.

My salesman was David Persaud and he was excellent. The reason I leased my car from Pepe was because of him. I would recommend David to anyone as he went above and beyond to make my payments to where I needed to be. He was a pleasure to work with.

David Persaud went above and beyond. i wanted a 2015 coupe with a manual transmission. He found the only one within 100 miles. He brought it back himself. The staff, including managers, helped make the transition from my old lease to a new lease stress free.

I went to Pepe Cadillac in White Plains to purchase a 2015 ATS Coupe. I knew which trim level and which accessories I wanted on the car and I wasn't very flexible. I met with David Persaud and he was able to find a car that matched my specifications. During the process of getting the car from the other dealership, a problem developed and David was forced to find another car, which he did. He was able to get the other car to Pepe and have it ready for me on the day we had previously scheduled. I had to drop off my old lease from another dealership and David was there to pick me up and drive me to Pepe. He showed me every feature in my new car (there are a lot) and made sure I was comfortable using them. My entire experience with David Persaud and the whole staff at Pepe Cadillac was exactly was it should be when buying a luxury vehicle. They treat you like you are the most important person in the room and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. I am completely satisfied with my buying experience and would absolutely recommend Pepe Cadillac to my family and friends.

David Persaud as always went above and beyond in putting me in a new CTS. He is a pleasure to work with and would recommend him with out hesitation .This is my 3rd Pepi Cadillac. From David to the service department employees you can not find a better experience.

I have no idea how to work cars but he showed my son how to do it. One of the most kind polite men ever. I've never seen or met anyone who could do his job better or with better customer service. Ask for RICK BURTON next time you buy a car.

I had a bad experience at the dealer on Friday 9/4/15. I was interested on purchasing a used black 2015 GMC Yukon. I drove 50 miles from my house to the dealer. The service I received from the sales Manager Mr Robinson Rodriguez was poorly. He was very rude and disrespectful and have no customer service skills. This type of sale manger like Robinson Rodriguez is not good for your business. He had the nerve to tell me that I want to purchase a car that I can't afford and kept insulting me to a point that I had to get up and leave.

Pepe had the best selection of used late model Cadillacs. Our salesperson Rick was fantastic. He helped me choose the right model CTS from 11 to select from, gave me a good price and even personally drove the car to my home. All within 24 hours of contacting Pepe. I would highly recommend Pepe and Rick to anybody interested in buying a new or used Cadillac.

I'd like to thank Pepe Cadillac and the service members for a hassle free car buying experience. Especially John Massaro for all his help and making the car I wanted happen. Considering there were a few bumps in the road, he was professional and listened to my needs. I'm pleased with his service and hope to continuity with all Pepe has to offer.
