I love going to Pepe Cadillac for anything I service my truck and its like going to a warm place with helpful staff all the way around. THEY ARE THE BEST and so kind and they know it all. I will NOT go anywhere else!!! LOVE THEM I am and will be a loyal customer!!!!

I've had my 2009 Cadillac CTS4 serviced several times at Pepe Cadillac and each time Marc Chandler and Remo Balsamo continue to surprise me with the highest level of professionalism, expertise and overall friendliness; always ensuring that my car is properly maintained to the highest standards! In addition to Remo & Marc, the rest of the staff is 'top notch' -- professional and courteous. Lastly the new Pepe Cadillac dealership and service center is fantastic; I never hesitate to go there and always recommend Pepe to all of my friends and colleagues. Any and every time I've been in the dealership, quick and courteous service has been provided by all employee. The technician is very knowledgeable and the turn around time is quicker than expected. In addition, I have always been provide with the convenience of a loaner car while mine is being serviced. Thank you!

David was absolutely awesome. He explained the CTS and the SRX to my wife and I and took the time to answer all our questions and pricing concerns. Although we are still not sure about the car, this was by far the best car buying experience we've had ever. Scott the GSM was just as awesome and it was absolutely first class.

I was greeted by the nicest, most helpful people at Pepe Cadillac. They made me feel at home, addressed my issue promptly. My car was serviced immediately and completed in the timeframe promised, with a status update while I waited. It was like being pampered in a four star hotel.

We are extremely pleased in our experience with John Gerardi. He was very helpful from beginning to end. Friendly and genuine are two words that come to mind. It was so refreshing to walk into a dealer and receive great service. We would highly recommend John and Pepe Cadillac to anyone. We could have gone to a closer dealer but we drove from New Canaan, CT to White Plains, and it was worth the trip. We were really pleased that John took the time to explain all of the amazing features. There are so many and because he took the time to explain them we were able to utilize all of them immediately. The Escalade is a fantastic truck. We feel extremely safe driving our children in it, which is the most important element when choosing the Escalade. We test drove Infiniti and Lexus "comparable" models and they didn't even come close in the comparison.

We are very happy with our new XTS and the courteous treatment we received from John Gerardi and would not hesitate to recommend him to our family and friends. It was a very pleasant experience and would definitely go back when purchasing a new vehicle.
